Excellent hotel, located in a very nice are, with a multitude of restaurants (I am vegetarian I have have plenty of choices).

Stay experience beyond imagination perfect! The receptionist, Iris, dressed in an orange uniform, not only checked in quickly and efficiently, but also kindly told me the location and time of the hotel's gym and breakfast area. The hotel room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is elegant and atmospheric, the bed is soft and comfortable, lying up as if you were in the cloud, and people instantly forget fatigue. Five-star recommendation!

Have to compliment the service of this hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, the warm greetings of the doorman make people feel happy. Miss iris at the front desk checked in efficiently and explained the hotel's facilities carefully. When checking out, the staff also helped to contact the taxi, really too intimate, highly recommended!

Massive suites. Very luxurious and comfy. Feels like being in a upscale apartment. Perfect for family and friends to stay together. Highly recommend. They can improve on expanding their car parking space more for the hotel.

Had a good and comfortable stay here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the WiFi connection - not sure why but it didn't work even after the front desk staff helped to register. Had to rely on roaming data which usually gets used up before the day ended. Breakfast was a good spread but I sticked to fruits, green salads, boiled eggs and coffee - trying to avoid as much non-halal as possible. About 15 mins drive to textile city. Fair amount of Arab restaurants around textile city. I'll usually order for takeaway and reheat using the room's microwave.

as clean as average gets you, service is very slow, amenities was not provided, you had to request for what you need, called 3 times waited over 4 hours for amenities. comfy bed

Not very happy with service, machine wasn’t working to give my deposit back but surprisingly working when they took the deposit!

Good service.. clean rooms. Smooth check in and check out
