The location of the hotel is just perfect!! Checked in early and even gave us a better room) Beautiful well-groomed territory, the staff is all pleasant and always ready to help. The girls Iryna and Oksana work well, many thanks to them! Also my big thanks to Ragab)) The sea is simply incredible. When in other bays there is wind and a red flag - here it is always calm. There were always free sunbeds on the beach. The food is delicious and high quality. Lots of meat, vegetables, pastries and fruit, I especially liked the huge dates that were always available!! I especially recommend visiting the ala carte at dawn, it's breathtaking)) I recommend the hotel for family vacations. I would return to this hotel, thanks for the tip.

I had nice holiday in the great time with my family the hotel location is fantastic next to old market beach is comfortable nice the room was clean the food is okay the entertainment team doing a great job duering the day activities - Zumba -aqua gym-yoga - stretching- mini disco - mini clip for the kids has so friendly stuff thankfully y all to make our holiday

The most horrible hotel I’ve ever been in! Dirty, old, the service is the worst! All the food tastes the same annd it’s not a good taste, staff is eating from the plates with their fingers 🤢 Rooms are old, dirty, especially bathrooms - they are disgusting! No warm water, maximum hotness is lukewarm; the shower is leaking. When you’re taking shower, water goes outside of the shower box and floods all the floor, They don’t refill shower gels neither change towels. The bedsheets are dirty, with holes, they don’t change them either. Air conditioner switches off. Corridors are covered in dust and garbage is standing there for days! The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. We are very disappointed. Never coming back to this hotel or to Egypt in general. We strongly RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT this hotel!

Really nice hotel to stay in, rooms were brilliant with lots of space, staff were very friendly and helpful always making sure everything is perfect. Great area with the beach and sea connected to the hotel and the old market a 5 min walk away.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. Very good team the service is very good, breakfast offered is really excellent I Love the hotel
