Beach Albatros Sharm

I enjoyed my stay @ Pickalbatros Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh. Service form te staff and animation team was excellent! You really feal at home and invited, nothing is to much. They take the time for you and service always with a smile! Critical point i need to mention is dinner is beneath my standard, and needs improvement! But Old Town has perfect fish restaurants to eat, so that solved my problem. By taxi only costs (150 EGP) They make sure you feel save during your stay. For me in beginning i thought why is there a security guard writing the licence plate of the taxi, and the name of the driver? Why is there camera? They explained us that a tourist should feel welcome and save, and that is exactly what i experienced during my stay from the first untill the last day! Special thanks goes out to Mark, Vlada and Alex from the animation team. They invite you to their activities with a smile, not to pushy. They are Russian, and speak very well English. Compliments!

Fantastic staff that were so nice and attentive to us no matter what part of the hotel we were at. Extra credit to the following staff; Qasam our room cleaner, room was always spotless and refilled with more then enough water and left with beautiful towel art. (Room 7002) Mustafa khata in the restaurant for all meals, would always greet us with a genuine smile and have our regular drink order at our table in no time. Aya and her colleauge in the spa and Mahmoot who advertised it at the beach were wonderful, excelent massages at a very affordable price. Ramadan and the rest of the reception staff was very helpful with whatever we needed during our 2 week stay. And lastly Alex from the animation team for the nice conversations and Ahmed the handyman for the help with fixing our shower and carrying our bags. The lifeguards and security guards at the beach were also lovely and gave us many fun days and interesting conversations. Only negative i have to say about our stay was the food could use some more variety and the room were a little outdated, other then that excelent location and lovely water in the sea.

The hotel was clean and tidy. If you want, regular cleaning is done every day. One of the most important criteria for us was giving importance to cleaning. They helped with early check-in and late check-out. Food and alcohol were unlimited. The employees were very helpful. Mr. Ramadan from the reception was very helpful. We would like to thank them and the entire working team. It was a nice Sharm El Sheikh and Egypt holiday. In addition, the hotel was very central in terms of location and within walking distance of the ancient Egypt bazaar.

We have been staying at the albatross sharm hotel ( formally called the beach albatross) For at least 10 years now , The hotel is set on the top of a cliff over looking the bay . ( see photos ) with beautiful sunsets over the south Sinai mountains , You will not get a better view of the sunset in hadaba . IRINA , customer relations is absolutely lovely , I was having trouble downloading my boarding passes for the flight IRINA found and downloaded them for me Aswell as helping with a late checkout arrangement, Thank you Mr barrick

The hotel was very amazing for us we enjoyed every moment at the hotel I would like to give a special thanks for the animators speciallysam for making our vacation insane I would like to absolutely get back again next year and recommend beach albatross for everyone

Fantastic Resort for a relaxing beach holiday. Great service from all staff, well looked after from start to finish. Beach was beautiful, food and drink available at different locations whenever you needed. Entire resort was clean and comfortable. The view was stunning.
