Great location and good hospitality . The hotel worth every single penny you spent

First, I feel we’re not welcome. I think they pick up the customer second they try to give us different room the one I booking and the room he tried to give it to us was really bad smell bad and small and when I asked to get different room, he get mad with no reason Third he doesn’t wanna clean the room always he say OK I never bring someone to clean it and I have to talk to them a lot of time to clean my room and when I try to call from the phone inside the room they never respond.  أولا، أشعر أننا غير مرحب بنا. أعتقد أنهم يلتقطون العميل ثانيا يحاولون أن يعطونا غرفة مختلفة الغرفة التي أحجزها والغرفة التي حاول إعطائها لنا كانت رائحة سيئة حقا سيئة وصغيرة وعندما طلبت الحصول على غرفة مختلفة، يغضب بدون سبب ثالثا لا يريد تنظيف الغرفة دائما يقول حسنا لا يحضرون شخصاً لتنظيفها ويجب أن أتحدث إليهم الكثير من الوقت لتنظيف غرفتي وعندما أحاول الاتصال من الهاتف داخل الغرفة لا تردون أبدا.

立地についてはファーシヤカフェから近くとの理由で取りました。また、価格が安いこともありこのホテルを選びました。マンゴーマーケットまでの無料シャトルバス、プライベートビーチまでの無料シャトルバスがあります。1日に2本出ています。

Все отлично начиная с рецепшен и до уборки ,номера уютные. В ресторане все вкусно шефу и поварам респект,отдельное спасибо бармену очень вкусные коктейли ,анимация каждый день 👍скучать не приходится ,бассейны чистые водичка освежает ,джакузи супер.приезжайте не пожалеете

This hotel was listed as being 4* with superior rooms. This was an outright lie. The rooms were tired, with dangerous electrical appliances including a hairdryer by the sink with wires sticking out and which was split in two. The wifi didn't work, the receptionist couldn't speak English, the pool was cold, the TV in both rooms (yes, we moved room) didn't work. Windows and doors didn't close properly. The pool was cold and no-one used it. The beach was so far away, it wasn't possible to walk, although there was a shuttle. There were not even any decent bars nearby. Even the title was a lie as the water slides were not working. We got eaten alive by mosquitoes just for good measure. The food was pretty awful and the 'restaurant' like a canteen in a hostel. The drinks package was very, very poor and service slow. On the positive side, the staff seemed to be trying very hard to make things right, but the hotel has had so little investment that it is an uphill task. The hotel was so bad that we checked out after one day, as did the couple we were travelling with and paid again to book into a different hotel (which was excellent, but in a much higher price bracket). Love Holidays, the company we booked through, were pretty useless asking what the hotel could do to make it right (demolish and start again?) and we are still trying to get our money back for the hotel part of the total holiday cost. It looks like we may have to go a legal route to recover the cost.

Not a modern hotel. NOT ALLINCLUSIVE. you have to pay for beer. Icecream fruit juice. Quite tatty. Food basic and cold. The highlight for tonights dinner sausages. Water only at meal times. Had stomach trouble. Pools freezing. Lots of mosquitoes. The beach the bus takes you to not safe for kids full reef with jetty across to deep water. People walking on coral water covering it is only a foot deep and coral very sharp.so paddling is hard. Not in a good location for disabled people. So bring plenty of money as you will need to eat out and get taxi's everywhere. Can't fault staff though. Would not recommend this hotel.
