Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours.

超級垃圾，首先他們客房超定沒有經過我們同意給我們外送到其他酒店。其次該酒店工作人員歧視亞洲面孔，優先給白人插隊辦理入住，導致我們找了半小時都沒辦理好入住。房間爛得可怕（我們被外送到他們旗下的安佛拉斯海灘酒店）給中國人安排的都是舊房間（我們在酒店遇到的中國人和小紅書上都和我們是一樣的遭遇）空調都是壞的，花灑也是壞的，攜程客服多次溝通無法更換也無法升級房間（付費升級）酒店前台及經理拒絕溝通，特別是前台態度惡劣，多次翻白眼不耐煩。電話不接郵件不回覆。退房也處理了四十多分鐘。令人費解的工作效率 設施：設施陳舊多初損壞酒店視若無睹 衞生：差勁，床單上有蟲子全都是毛球地板很多灰塵 環境：還好，浮潛點唯一亮點 服務：態度惡劣歧視亞洲面孔歧視中國人，得不到公平的交流和對待 在中國的平台上打廣告想賺中國人的錢請給予尊重，無論是對中國客服還是中國的平台。 在此特別感謝攜程的客服團隊，謝謝他們不懈努力為我們爭取溝通交流的機會。

Les chambres sont très propre et le personnel est très gentil. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super. Vous pourrez bénéficier de la piscine ainsi que de la plage. Je recommande FORT !

是獨棟的別墅樣子的酒店，讓我覺得印象特別好的，是在沙灘上遇到了牙買加的小哥，請我們喝茶，還送了我們一人一個姓名掛墜。

Pessimo servizio, camera con aria condizionata non funzionante, nonostante continue richieste di intervento o cambio camera la situazione è rimasta la stessa per 5 giorni. Un posto assolutamente da evitare!

I always vacation in Egypt with a group of friends. We have been to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh, stayed in several resorts. Amphoras Blu Hotel is the best place we have ever been to before, when we vacationed there from March 31 to April 9, 2025. I don’t want to dwell on the rooms themselves - everything is in order and at a high level, all the service staff are very friendly and neatly dressed. I go on vacation to spend time at the sea, and not sit in a hotel room. The entrance to the sea is immediately deep, you can jump into the sea right from the pier. Or you can go down into the sea by stairs. But there is shallow water for children too. An excellent coral reef, many vacationers explore it in masks. The beach and its infrastructure are the best I have ever seen. I would especially like to emphasize the work of the animation team - games, warm-up, stretching e.t.c. - at the highest level. These are the people who help create a unique atmosphere of active recreation on the beach and they do it superbly and professionally. The food in the restaurant is gorgeous. The waiters are experienced and neat guys. Professional coffee machines are installed in the restaurant and on the beach, various types of coffee drinks from them are free. There are also many free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the beach and in the restaurant. The beer is great. In general, the vacation was gorgeous, I hope we will come to this hotel more than once in the future.

We arrived as a group of 2 rooms. First, when we arrived at the hotel, they took us to a ridiculous room in the farthest corner of the hotel. We thought it wasn't a big deal at first. When we entered the room, there was no duvet. One of the rooms had a broken air conditioning system, and despite telling them twice, no one helped. We asked for a duvet for the other room 3 times, but it never arrived. The receptionist just said "okay" to get rid of us. When we checked in, even though there were 3 of us, they gave us 2 towel cards and one electric card. Since we had our own towels, we didn’t mind the two towel cards. However, at check-out, they claimed one card was missing and asked us for 15 dollars. It was quite funny. The food at the restaurant was very spicy, and everything was prepared according to their own taste. I think it’s like this not only here but throughout Egypt. Because of this, we didn’t feel satisfied. Some of the plates in the restaurant were dirty. However, the hotel is generally well-maintained, and the garden area is very beautiful. The beach is organized, and you can easily see the reefs. The restaurant staff is respectful and friendly, and this was the only thing we liked. But we won’t be coming back.

Our one-week stay was absolutely lovely! The surprise birthday cake for my partner during the buffet dinner was exceptional. Haitham, our waiter, ensured we never missed out on drinks during our time in the dining hall—his attentiveness was remarkable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and we loved the adorable towel art they prepared. The spa experience was fantastic as well! I highly recommend the one-day yacht tour, which was organized by Soliman—it’s definitely worth the money and was so much fun. However, a word of caution about the perfume/oil shop. While Mimmo, the salesperson, is very charming, we felt tricked into buying expensive bottles of oils and other items without being able to verify their authenticity or purity. Lastly, we would have loved heated pools to enjoy swimming during the chilly December weather. Thank you, Amphoras Blu team, for a memorable stay!

We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was really nice. Animation team (Vitalina, Karim, Sam and Kimo) were working hard to keep positive and cheerful vibes among everyone. They played bachata music for us to dance, had multiple dancing and workout activities. We felt very welcome. The sea was warm and the food was delicious.
