Amazing hotel! I have travel to lot of different 5 star hotels but I have to say that this is the best one ever. I really recommend you to visit it. Let’s start with the good points: 1. The staff is amazing ( for me personally were the ones that makes your instance unforgettable) 2. The pool are really good for kids the way that is design and the enjoy a lot 3. The buffet is nice and the a la carte restaurant as well, especially the Asian and Brazilian. 4. The aqua-park is big, theres slides for small kids and bigger even adults. Some points I think they need to improve as a 5 star hotel are: 1. The aqua-park people that is not staying in the hotel can come so sometimes they behave a bit bad. I think it should be just for the people from the hotel. Ej: In the food court children that weren’t from the hotel were throwing food to the floor and the birds were coming to the tables and was a bit uncomfortable and the parents wasn’t saying anything, the staff don’t do nothing as well because like we know the “customer always is right”. Another thing is that they push in the slides and they don’t want to wait the turn, there was even a guy that shout at the lifeguard and she to f*ck off to me and my 5 year old because he didn’t wanted to give us the float, he wanted to go again and people like us were waiting and I am sorry to say that is not the people from the hotel because they weren’t wearing a bracelet. 2. The shuttle bus. That was a nightmare. People from the hotel running, no waiting their turn, pushing to get in and we were waiting for 10-15 min to get in and they just arrived and don’t even respect the turn. For me that was the worst thing from the hotel. Thanks god we were staying at Aqua and we decided to walk from the outside every time to avoid confrontation with other customers. The poor driver didn’t even know what to say because he wasn’t there to see who was first. For me they should have like a security or like a line to people wait so is more in control because seriously it was horrible. I have to argue a couple of times with this low class people. I think that is the only two bad points of this hotel that with organisation it could improve I want to mention the lifeguards, like Mostafa that make our little girl really happy and everyday has details with us and the waitress’s from lagoon bar. The buffet from Aqua was a 10000 times better than turquoise, more than a buffet looks like a la carte and the chefs and waitress were attentive and service was 10/10. Another thing I wanted to mentioned were the housekeeper from block 38, he make our room super nice and one of the days he even put flowers, lights and decor that was stunning. Thank you as well. This hotel wouldn’t be 5 star if it wasn’t from their staff and their service. Really really happy and I am coming back next year with my family .
