Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort

For starters, the room was great, it was well designed and comfortable, even tho we had to check in the room after midnight, there were some snacks in the room for us. The foods are the best i’ve eaten, i’ve been to many hotels and restaurants but to be honest this hotel’s restaurant part was the best of all, imagine a restaurant where chefs go around with thermometers to check their foods all the time. Also the waiters were amazing, especially Mr. Ismail was extremely helpful and cheerful, he remembered what we liked to drink and asked for us when one of us got sick and wasn’t there, i think he deserves a promotion. The reception is also very helpful and patient. As for the Aquaparks, they are really well designed and fun, even the kids aquaparks were really good, there was even a lake-pool. Also i forgot to mention, i’d like to thank to chefs, i ate a lots of new things such as crabs and shrimps and egyptian cuisine.

This was our 2nd trip to Coral Sea Aqua Club. It was really great to go back and see some old and new faces. Like being part of the family. The rooms are spacious and clean with beds changed frequently, towels changed daily and we had some fruit and cake delivered which was a lovely touch. We did have a mosquito issue but that was sorted with a plug in and some raid. We were in room 5104 which is poolside and next to the bar. PLEASE if you're i this room look after.little Sara cat for us..she is the sweetest, chattiest like cat who we fed and cared for. The pool areas are always being cleaned and plenty of lifeguards help little ones stay safe. There are plenty of sunbeds and you can get fresh pool towels from the spa as you require them. They will also supply you with a padded mattress for your bed if required. The food was it's usual high standard...our most disappointing meal was the American Restaurant. Not one of us enjoyed the tastes there. The Asian restaurant is phenomenal! If you get fed up of hotel food then out of hotel to the left about 200 yards up the road is Arab Bucks. Nice place offering food and drinks. We had pepper chicken, pizza and club sandwich with sides and drinks for £40. Good value. But the best thing about coral sea...the staff! All of them are so friendly and they go out of their way to give you great service. There are so many to thank that I could go on all day but 1st...Pool bar..Ahmed and the other young lad (sorry I forgot his name) BRILLIANT, Maher the lifeguard is the funniest wee guy and so friendly. Restaurant.. Ahmed, Garahm, Mahmoud are all special. Nice to see a girl working there!) Lobby bar..skinny Ahmed our favourite. He will go far...hard working, welcoming and great boy. Also Abdo and Mohammed were great. Hani at beach bar [at resort over the road] is a character. He was very helpful. Thank you also to Mr Mahmoud for taking care of us. I have a few niggles..animation team. When I'm on my holiday after working all year ro pay for it and I want to relax and not play darts etc don't call me lazy and fat please?! That's offensive. I'm reading/listening to music or just relaxing how I wish to do so. The spa/photo/hairdresser/diving guys around the pool everyday is annoying and they're very pushy. Again.. please leave me to relax. We will see you all again next year (hopefully)

Arrived late on Sunday 12 for 11 night stay woke up went to welcome meeting shack rep was sammie had him before great man room was great very clean 2 bottles of water a day pool towels cleaned every day shout out to abdo bar Maher pool Ahmed pool bar they made are holiday not once did I get of subbed to go for a drink always there for you from day one to the last day not one problem at all apart from mosquitoes wow bite all over take plenty of spray hotel across round you can use as well drinks were all ok food was good as well always something you could eat in general all the staff were so polite and friendly remember they are not on a lot of money so tips go a long way and wow do you get looked after if you do tip can’t wait to go back next year

Had a lovely time here in December with family. Hotel rooms are slightly dated but clean, staff are lovely and polite and the pool and bar areas are very well cared for. We had a swim up room, lovely area and very quiet but probably the wrong time of year, we got no sun and the water was very cold! There are heated pools at the hotel, the main pool and the wave pool I believe. The water slides are great and everything looks well cared for. Food is OK. There is a good selection and plenty to choose from but I can see why some people wouldn't like it. I personally found it good and enjoyed the salad bar and when they had the outdoor BBQ on (this is occasionally, happened twice when we were there). The Oriental restaurant wasn't to my liking but the American diner was nice. The facilities on site are good for the kids and the animation team do try to fill the days up and manage activities for adults and kids. We visited the sister hotel opposite where you can access the beacb and it seemed lovely, there doesn't seem to be much for kids but the bonus is you can access the sister hotel facilities for beach, water slides, snack bars (soft drinks only I believe).

We’ve just come back from this hotel, everything was as we expected. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a swim up room which was lovely, room were always clean, fresh towels every day. In the day the animation team would always get you up to do activities! As well as in the evening each night was different entertainment. Being in this hotel, we’re able to go to the coral sea hotel over the road and use the beach and Greek restaurant on the beach which was lovely. Brilliant location from the airport and shops around the hotel The only downside to the hotel would have been the food- could be slightly warmer and a wider spread of food options. We would likely return!

I stayed with Coral Sea Aqua Club for 1 week and my family stayed at Hotel Rixos Premium a few minutes down the street- mind you Rixos hotel appears to be lavish and friendly but the front of house team are absolutely unprofessional nearly ruined my holiday with my family restricting me from entering for even a coffee. However, the Aqua team are absolutely professional and friendly I spent my week alone in the hotel and I was fortunate enough to meet such amazing people. Thank you to Elizabeth from the the animation / guide team who was not only a great guide but a good friend to have whilst staying . The reception team Ziad and Mohamed were the laughter to my evenings back in the hotel. Thank you for being so professional and listening to my needs . Each morning I shared my coffee with lovely Gharam thank you for your company. Lastly I would like to thank Adam from the animation/ guide team for the fantastic night out I shared with my family, it’s a great memory we will cherish forever. So if you’re thinking of staying here definitely consider it if you want to have a memorable holiday. The hotel is very well kept clean, mosquitos are everywhere in Sharm but spray the room you will be ok! Ps loved the breakfast and dinner . Love from London!!!!
