Jaz Mirabel Club

The experience at Jaz Mirabel park was very good, the food was fantastic the service was excellent ,except the availability of the rooms was not as we reserved. In globale the experience was great specially for couples and families i recommend it

We had a fantastic 2 weeks, such a lovely hotel. We stayed at the park. Take American dollars for tipping. (you don't need to tip everyone just those who make your holiday special) Take extra hangers. Plug adaptors. Plenty of sunscreen You do not need beach towels has they are provided fresh everyday. Dinner queue can be quite long but they do go down pretty quickly. The locals seem to want to jump the queues but a few words to them usually work We had a 14 night stay at Jez Merabel Park and it was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and go out their way to make sure you have a great time. We went with TUI and their representatives were great, very helpful and informative, making sure that you were enjoying yourself. From the Chefs, waiters, life guards to the cleaners everyone were so friendly. The food was good and had a lot of choices. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were comfortable. The entertainment was very good and there was a lot of it, from Pool parties, Aqua Arobic's, Karaoke, Beach parties and Darts by the Pool there is something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Mirabel Club and were able to access the facilities of three hotels, including Jaz Mirabel Beach (though for meals, we dined at our own hotel). The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the drinks, which were well-prepared, and the entertainment provided was fun and engaging. Lots of things to do for young people and families. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Hi everyone I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel for their professionalism, attention to customers, kindness and tact. 

My mother and I came to Egypt for the first time and, to be honest, the mood was skeptical because we read a variety of reviews where people expressed different opinions and they were not always good. Starting from the day of arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised that we were placed before 14.00 in the room. Throughout the rest, all employees were very attentive and each of them was ready to help in any situation, showing professionalism in their work. For the cleanliness in our room, we are grateful to the young man who delighted us daily with masterpieces of towels and flowers that decorated the bed. As for the restaurant and the cuisine in general, this is probably something that requires special attention! All the food is very tasty and very diverse, the staff is very polite and attentive always. Many thanks to the chefs who tried to make us enjoy every meal. Thank you to the confectioners for the delicious, varied and non-repeating desserts! Many thanks to the waiters, bartenders and managers of the restaurant and bars for creating coziness and comfort. Jaz Mirabel Beach is comfort, coziness, excellent cuisine, but most importantly a wonderful team of employees. Couldn't write a review on the hotel TA site cos I did another review at the start of March. Last week of April we returned and stayed in a ground floor room 2 doors down from the previous room, close to the 2 main restaurants and reception areas. The 2 private beach bars were open and 1 served food. The complex was busy, but still plenty of sunbeds available around the pools and beach. As per last visit all staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Gamal, Fathi Mohammed and Wael who made up our spacious room every day. Breakfast finished about 10am in the restaurants, but then a snack bar opened for basic breakfasts to suit late risers. The 34c heat was a bit much for me, so stayed in the shade a lot and the room AC unit was excellent.

The hotel itself is nice. It's a large property with plenty of space, set over a few acres with a private beach. However, the food and restaurant is something to be concerned about. On our 2nd day, my mum suffered with food poisoning. Other travellers too, some worse than others. I too caught a stomach bug from the food, and when approaching the management regarding this , they all seemed to be coached to say the same thing "it's the weather" how does mild weather give you food poisoning! I suspect the restaurant recycles food and doesn't store and prep food to a high standard which causes contamination. Be careful of this place as you are most likely to become unwell. I just wish the staff took it more seriously and improved their food hygiene.
