My partner and I just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel. Staff: The staff were brilliant throughout, exceptional service and always went above and beyond. They truly made the holiday. They work exceptionally hard, long hours and always have a smile on their face. Room: We stayed in the adults area - room 3246. Lovely views and a nice quiet room. We were worried at first about being above the adult bar but it wasn’t loud at all and the bar closed around 10pm. Room could maybe do with a bit of a refresh and update as we didn’t feel the rooms are Sensatori standard, but it did have everything we needed. It would have been nice for a wooden privacy screen between the 2 balconies as we noticed some had one, but ours didn’t. Minibar was great and can be topped up whenever needed. Pool: We only ever went to the adult pool. Great service from the staff every single day. The first 4 days all sun loungers were gone by 7am, which was really frustrating. It then started to get a little better after a turnaround of guests, and I’d say all sun loungers were then gone by around 8/8:30am. There was a lot of loungers still left at the main pool though, depends on the vibe you like! The Manager advised that nobody is allowed to reserve sun loungers before 8am unless they are sat on them, or security will remove their stuff. This was not enforced our whole stay and a lot of beds were unattended from 7am! It’s a shame they talk of this policy, yet it was never enforced. We paid extra for the adult area room and assumed the adult pool was exclusive for those who have upgraded for the adults area - but we were wrong. Just an FYI incase people are not aware of this. Any adult in the hotel can use the adults pool, just because you’ve paid extra for an adults area room does not give you exclusive access to the adult pool. We did also find quite a few people smoking round the pool (right on their sun loungers next to people) which since we are not smokers really did not like. Food: Overall we found the food great and plenty of options. We’re not usually buffet lovers but breakfast and lunch we really enjoyed. Always so many options and plenty to choose from. We did witness on quite a few occasions guests using their hands and touching other food and not using serving tongs, but that’s not the hotels fault, more guests with no manners or common courtesy. We did prefer the a La cartes for dinner so decided to pay extra for a couple, and was well worth it! Italian was our favourite included a la carte but our 2nd visit was disappointing as service was chaotic, steak also came out massively undercooked and the manager grabbed the waiter and shouted at him which was really not nice to see. Marhaba (included) was lovely. Real authentic with a live musician. Rice pudding was amazing! Tiran (included) was also lovely and a great relaxing atmosphere. We have been to this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The place is kept immaculate always someone cleaning and gardening the grounds. The food is amazing out favourite as to be the italian The Casa Bianca the staff are so attentive and friendly. All tge restaurants are lovely. We have made many friends here and we are definitely returning.

Wasn't too sure what to expect from this hotel but certainly wasn't disappointed. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. If I was the manager here I would be extremely proud of my entire team from the grounds team who constantly keeping the gardens perfect, restaurant team who can't do enough for you, front of house always smiling and available, the team serving drinks around the bar are second to none. Never had a bad meal the whole holiday Great weather Went to soho several times for bit of shopping and to try the Queen Vic English pub Old market with its huge stunning gold mosque Can not recommend the sunrise sand buggy trip enough too Snorkelling on your own beach so no need to leave the hotel for that Will definitely return Thankyou to everyone who made it such a great holiday

This was our first time in Egypt and we will definitely be back next year to the Sensatori. The hotel is immaculate and well maintained, the resort is well laid out and has fantastic views of the beach and sea. We booked a swim up room which was right on the beach, views were incredible both day and night. The room was lovely and clean and housekeeping were great and kept the minibar stocked daily. The waiter from the beach bar would also bring us drinks to our swim up throughout the day. The main restaurant again was immaculate and modern. There was plenty of space so you didn’t feel sat on top of everyone. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The other half is a picky eater but he found plenty to keep him well fed. Staff are fantastic, a special shout out to Mohammed Taha who never stopped working and gave the best service! Thank you! The a la carte restaurants were also worth a visit especially the Italian. The main pool was great and there was plenty of sun beds even though the resort was busy. We had a massage whilst we were there which was well worth the money and can highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back in 2025!

Just back from an excellent stay, . This was our 5th visit to this hotel, the last being 9 years ago, not much had changed and not much to find fault with. Very quick and efficient check in , then taken to our rooms and ours cases came soon after. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean, my only small complaint was the mini bar wasn’t refilled every day, may just have been an oversight the first few days. My only other small complaint is the shower over the bath which might be a problem for people with limited mobility, Getting a sunbed round the adult pool was never a problem and they had done away with having to be at your sunbed at a specific time, but were contemplating reintroducing it. We found the food in all the restaurants very good, but when we ate in the Tiran at night we felt rushed to get out with no time between courses, whereas in the other 2 speciality ones it was a very relaxed pace. Staff are wonderful and nothing is too much problem, Mohamed and Ahmed in the main restaurant looked after us very well, a great asset to the hotel. A great stay and we will return again very soon.
