Every thing was great , really very cute and respected staff , Mr. Emad yanni (Royal restaurant) , chief Mohamed Mekky, Usama from housekeeping department. Greet beach and pool, Lobby staff housin , Ahmed and Ibrahim I need to send a lot of thanks to them.

Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. The reception personnel were **extremely aggressive and uncooperative**, particularly the noon reservation staff on 13 September 2024, along with their supervisor, **Mr. Hossam**, who was downright rude. We were forced to endure the stay only because we had already deposited money through **Dahab Travel Agency**—another horrible experience. This agency booked us into the hotel **without our knowledge**, using a third party called **El ASI Travel**, neither of which I recommend. Stay far away from all of them. The beach was a major disappointment. It's not sandy at all; instead, it's full of rocks and disgusting seaweed, making aqua shoes essential. To reach any decent water depth, you have to walk quite a distance, which is exhausting. While the food was surprisingly good and the restaurant staff were well-trained, it’s one of the few positives. The night shift personnel were also far more pleasant, actually welcoming us with smiles—something the day staff seemed incapable of. The triple room was another huge letdown. It was moderately sized but furnished with **old, outdated pieces**. The air conditioner was so loud it was like trying to sleep next to a roaring engine. The mini bar was ancient, and the wooden furniture holding it was literally falling apart. On top of that, the safe didn’t work. Housekeeping was just **“okay”** but nothing special. Surprisingly, the **pool lifeguards and beverage staff** were the most courteous employees, consistently friendly and attentive to guests. The aqua park was fun, and the safety measures were solid, which we appreciated. However, the hotel **forced us out of the pools and sea exactly at 6 PM**, even though there was plenty of daylight left. Most hotels allow pool access until sunset, so this was an unnecessary annoyance. To make matters worse, the property was crawling with **lizards and geckos**, which terrified our kids. The beach is also a bad choice for anyone interested in snorkeling—it’s far from ideal. The **animation team was quite active**, and we did appreciate the hotel app that sent important notifications and minimized our need to interact with the **gloomy and unpleasant reception staff** during the day. Overall, I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. Between the unprofessional staff, poor facilities, and deceptive booking practices, it’s simply not worth your time or money.

First of all. I would like to thanks all the staff at regency plaza for the a good service introduce for all the visitors . Housekeeping. Reclation. Reception . The hotel very large and clean . And all the staff work very hard . And smiling . Thanks for every body. Specially Mr abed elbast in floret very good communicate with everyone very good hep three time send us in ala cart restaurant very good test. Bing thanks for him.. i can not forget also nasser .
