Royal Regency Club - Ultra All Inclusive

We have visited this hotel some 35+ times. The managers and staff are the best. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, you are treated with the greatest respect. We were very fortunate to watch the soccer tournament that took place with the hotel staff over a period of 7 days or so. The gardens are gorgeous, as is the beach and quiet pool. There would be so many people to thank and we are sure you know who you are! Ramy, Baher, Ehab, Gehad to name but a few. The chefs work tirelessly to bring a new menu and tasty food. The aqua park is amazing for young and old alike. If you want to be looked after on your holiday, then this is the place for you. Everyone is definitely our Egyptian family and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you x

The waiter in this photo is a very polite man. Always smiling and very helpful. He working all the time , looking after people, clining tables so fast .All people in the terrace smiling when he come in.It doesn't matter what I ask he always the for help

Great service from all the staff at this hotel. Food was very good with a great selection. I have many food intolerances, however, this was very well catered for. Special thanks to the top guy on the beach Mr Sharm Amr. Excellent customer service, great relationship with tourists, great rep for the hotel. Id revisit this hotel based on this man’s impeccable communication skills and representation of Egypt. Well done. Hope to visit again soon.

Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. The reception personnel were **extremely aggressive and uncooperative**, particularly the noon reservation staff on 13 September 2024, along with their supervisor, **Mr. Hossam**, who was downright rude. We were forced to endure the stay only because we had already deposited money through **Dahab Travel Agency**—another horrible experience. This agency booked us into the hotel **without our knowledge**, using a third party called **El ASI Travel**, neither of which I recommend. Stay far away from all of them. The beach was a major disappointment. It's not sandy at all; instead, it's full of rocks and disgusting seaweed, making aqua shoes essential. To reach any decent water depth, you have to walk quite a distance, which is exhausting. While the food was surprisingly good and the restaurant staff were well-trained, it’s one of the few positives. The night shift personnel were also far more pleasant, actually welcoming us with smiles—something the day staff seemed incapable of. The triple room was another huge letdown. It was moderately sized but furnished with **old, outdated pieces**. The air conditioner was so loud it was like trying to sleep next to a roaring engine. The mini bar was ancient, and the wooden furniture holding it was literally falling apart. On top of that, the safe didn’t work. Housekeeping was just **“okay”** but nothing special. Surprisingly, the **pool lifeguards and beverage staff** were the most courteous employees, consistently friendly and attentive to guests. The aqua park was fun, and the safety measures were solid, which we appreciated. However, the hotel **forced us out of the pools and sea exactly at 6 PM**, even though there was plenty of daylight left. Most hotels allow pool access until sunset, so this was an unnecessary annoyance. To make matters worse, the property was crawling with **lizards and geckos**, which terrified our kids. The beach is also a bad choice for anyone interested in snorkeling—it’s far from ideal. The **animation team was quite active**, and we did appreciate the hotel app that sent important notifications and minimized our need to interact with the **gloomy and unpleasant reception staff** during the day. Overall, I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. Between the unprofessional staff, poor facilities, and deceptive booking practices, it’s simply not worth your time or money.
