An easy to find location and close to the town. The reception staff were friendly and the area was spotless. The room was as described. Am not keen on the bathrooms with clear glass you can see into though. The hand soap and shower gel were so lovely, great smell. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels were huge and fluffy. The bed was rather hard but fine for one night. I was on the second floor and could feel the vibrations of the trams running which was not great. Good for a one night stop but not a longer stay.

Warm welcome. Smooth check in. Hot water/drinks available at very reasonable prices. Rate is room only due to there not being a restaurant on site.

Not bad. Good clean and equipment. Easy to go and can live at night.

Nice, convenient, clean, easy to reach, and essential. Ii obtained a quiet room, which is what I was looking for. Some noise may come from the corridor but the night I stayed was quiet. The staff at reception was lovely. Walking distance from the city centre. Considering the affordable price, this hotel delivered excellent value, I would recommend it and visit it again in future.

The hotel room was small but perfectly ok. It was very clean and the single bed was very comfortable and warm. The room was also quite warm and cosy. There was an excellent shower that was quite strong. There was a small wall mounted television also but the volume was fixed a little bit low and I could only just hear it. The only complaint I had was the lack of hot drinks. There was no kettle or tea and coffee or even a glass for water. Other than that my stay was very good.

I enjoyed my stay - only thing was would have preferred to have had kettle in room to make coffee but I guess this was just a hotel to sleep only.

Came here from London as d stared the night very clean and tidy and staff helpful the facilities is basic but has everything U would need from the easy group 10/10

The room was very small, with a double bed in a single room, there was no where to sit, other than on the bed, there was nowhere to put my luggage and there was no window. At night it was very hot, i could not alter the temperature of the room and had a terrible nights sleep of about 2 hours. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and i decided not to stay for my second night. so cut my trip short and went home.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the bus station and the city centre, and it is convenient to travel.

Great location easy to access, amendment to extend the check out time is made in smooth process. Clean Room with enough supplies for the night.

There was a man at reception, possibly named Alex. I forget his name, but the man at reception had a healthy, bulky body and a beard. He was very cooperative and available for all queries.

The room is to small and it shows 11 m2 but definitely not that large, only around 7m2, I booked a room with window but window cannot open. And there only just a bed and no other amenities, no table for work and no water boiler.
