I made a mistake with my booking and the manager that was on shift (wish I had got his name) was brilliant. Very helpful, best customer service I’ve had in a long time. This was around 5.30 in the afternoon. For the actual hotel, it was all fine just not 100% clean in the room. There were a few hairs I saw around the hotel room and the bathroom was dated. The shower also kept changing temp all the time.

Always stay at this hotel, really clean and lovely rooms, nice food in the bar area, good drinks, close to the centre of town, huge car park

Worth to stay, breakfast better than other hotels

Pleasant hotel , room small tv Ariel cable went through the window across the room. Strange

On first booking the Hotel was 1st Class. The Room, the Bed, service was faultless. Breakfast....was as you would expect at Home. Spotless Clean staff friendly can't praise you up no more. Hot Shower come and go as please. What more can you ask. Well done Crown Plazza Lovley Stay. Brilliant and Staff fantastic 👍
