Nice location and place, plus reasonable as well compare to other properties in Sheffield.

Good for short trip

Nice and clean big room for a couple. In particular, I found the bedsheets, toilet and carpet nice and clean. Good central location. It was also the first time in my many travels I found a heated towel rail in the shower room/toilet that actually worked, meaning for the days we stayed there our towels stayed dry. Lots of parking spaces at the front and back of the building at £9 per day. I also quite liked the traditional building style, including stairs inside - definitely different from many cheap modern hotel buildings relying on cheap lifts. Finally, the receptionists at the reception were all excellent - professional and friendly and very helpful in meeting our needs, such as providing extra tea bags and milk and information on walking around the area. Happy to recommend and stay there again.

The hotel has a nice feel about it. The single room I had was fine for one night. The bathroom was nice, it was almost as big as the room !! The shower was excellent. I did not sleep well, the mattress was rather uncomfortable. I did report it and was told they were in the process of upgrading mattresses. The staff were all very happy, welcoming and friendly.

It’s a great budget hotel. I book a single room which is inexpensive. The room this time was particularly cosy but totally functional. I’ll continue to book when I need to for work.

Good location and near to the university. Breakfast is okay. No hot shower is the main problem.

Ideal hotel for close location to the hospital - quiet location and comfortable bed.

Hotel very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Feels very countryside hotel despite being in Sheffield city. Its also very quiet for those wanting to study or do some work away from noise

The Rutland Hotel is conveniently located near to the University of Sheffield. Single rooms are not the best however double room are quite nice having a traditional feeling. However both kind of rooms are newly decorated so the rooms and bathrooms are quite nice. The breakfast is good as they prepare made to order eggs, hash browns,mushrooms and tomatos. Overall I like it and will plan to stay again.

The room is so small that I couldn't unfold my suitcase. The bath water was cold, freezing to have a cold. The bed is dirty and wilted weeds were found on the sheets. Don't come to stay.

有洗髮用品 有浴巾 毛巾和地巾 有喝水杯子和熱水壺 這點很難得 以上這些因為不知道，所以我都自己帶了，沒有拖鞋 吹風機和轉換插頭 這些都要自己帶好 然後就是早餐 確實很豐富 因為我住了20天所以也是吃的夠夠的了 然後跟服務員商量 用煎蛋進行替換 服務員第一天沒同意 後來看我實在吃不下去了，也主動給我進行了替換 還是挺好的。房間比較小 設施有點陳舊 但是如果衹是想睡個覺夠用了 不要多計較環境和設施 畢竟價格擺在那裡 就看性價比吧

一開始的房間很小，而且掀開被子發現裏面有不知名毛髮，打電話告訴前台，前台直接給我們換了房間，而且換了個大房間，衞生乾淨應該加強，服務態度很好，比較老式的酒店，一般推薦

房間非常大，有空調有衞生間，不過一樓窗户開不了，燈光亮起之後就還好啦，總之啊就是很喜歡這個地方，離中國城吃飯購物也很近

比較普通的房間，在學校附近很方便，購物交通都挺方便的 設施衞生一般般的樣子。 好在早餐還挺讓我驚喜的，還不錯的
