酒店旁邊連接着Mall，有非常多的咖啡廳和餐廳。並且有幾家餐廳還可以喝酒，對埃及這種不是所有餐廳都能喝酒的來説非常的便捷。隔壁就有pachi，nefertari這些國內人很喜歡的品牌。另外還有一家中餐，叫北京！ 算是埃及式中餐。

很新的酒店，早餐豐盛，喜歡現做的皮塔餅。床很舒服，離金字塔景區駕車30分鐘左右。酒店安檢嚴格。。。。

酒店很不錯，會員還送了水果。 在埃及住的很舒服，不錯的選擇 埃及當地客户推薦入這樣的，確實很不錯。zz

Excellent stay. Very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Staff are extremely friendly Mustafa and Dina looked after us very well and were very friendly with the kids. Rizka makes beautifully fresh bread in clay oven and served us with smiles. I would highly recommend this place which is in the middle of a high class shopping mall called Arkan.

Regular visitor to the Crowne Plaza., the staff are fantastic and we highly recommend it. Food is great in all of the restaurants, and we love the breakfast too. Moustafa and Dina are lovely servers outside and help to make for an enjoyable dining experience.

Best services,best jus indeed, waiters are so kind. I enjoyed also the Armenia restaurant and the roof top restaurant. Every thursday there is a Dj who put music for customers. What i liked more is the breakfast. Differents types of fruit,omelet and egyptian bread.

Serif is the best customer service person at the Crowne Plaza. Make sure the beers are cold and you ask for Seif.. The service was great and we had fun conversations over the soccer championships. Thanks for all that you have done we will be back agai

Very hospitality, peace full environment.. you can enjoy your free time in hotel. Very hygienic. I thank Mustafa and Safaa for there warm welcome and willingness to help. All staff are very friendly and good amenities.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options!

My first time in Egypt i must say ive had one of the best experiences of my life. Ive stayed in 5 hotels so far. This hotel is gorgeous the staff are so amazingly friendly. The selection of food for breakfast is just yummy and they cater for everyone. Everything is made fresh even the bread is made fresh infront of you. The restaurant staff are very polite and I love their sense of humour. They are all very positive people, i love it. The 3 reatauranrs the food is to die for especially the Pan Asian and Armenian restaurants. The inifinity pool over looking the city centre is gorgeous. The bar staff are very helpful and friendly too. I had my laundry done, the service is excellent, my clothes look brand new and they even pack it like its just come out of a shop. They have a whole boxing gym, I love boxing so for me I'm in my element, the spa, the gym no faults at all. I booked a standard room as it was last minute, and its massive, bigger than london or usa rooms! Shaymar from room services is amazing, the way she made my room spotless and placed my makeup and jewellery (as I made a mess the night before) neatly and nicely and with so much care. They leave little treats in your room which i find so so cute of them. On arrival you get fruit,nuts, baklava and biscuits complementary. You get a coffee machine in your room too I love this hotel the staff are all brilliant I can't thank you enough for my stay here. I will be definitely staying here again. All of the staff here make you feel at home and at ease especially as I'm a solo traveler this was all very reassuring for me. Thank you crowne plaza for having me
