Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and we got checked in immediately. Place is a bit outdated. That is where the good ends. When we got to our room the door was not latched, pushed the door right open. It smelled musty and we found bed bugs on both beds. A refund was issued quickly

Very clean! I went after hurricane Helene so I could have a place to shower and have some comfort for a night and this place was really awesome considering the people coming in to escape the storm. Friendly front desk and an okay complimentary breakfast- may be better when there aren’t people flooding the place because of a hurricane. Beds were decent, not the most comfortable but it wasn’t the hardest either.

Clean, comfortable place to sleep. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Mid-point if traveling from mountains to Raleigh. The breakfast was very good. Best thing: the staff, especially Lanisha Odom. She is friendly, helpful - always smiling.

Even though we only had one night there, the staff was very kind and took care of our simplest of requests! It is a quiet town and the storm just made it more romantic. We even found a Pelican snow cone place like we have back home. We did not come here for a destination, it was a simple overnight stay.

Great location. Good Breakfast. Room was very clean. What sets this hotel apart is the staff-they are extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night but I’ve stayed here 2 times previously and would definitely stay there again based on my experiences. There are some areas that could be updated but overall it’s a great value.

The staff is very very friendly, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nice....... I would say maybe the decor was a bit old, otherwise, the hotel was fine. only 10-15 minute drive to the ******, restaurant choices 5-10 minutes away. would stay again.

I enjoyed my brief stay here. My family and I came here for a wedding. The room was decent, the bed was cozy, but what stood out to me the most was the hospitality of Lanisha O. Although we were there for a short amount of time, Lanisha at the front desk made it feel like home. She was welcoming and easily became like family all in 1 days time.

Comfortable clean room easy access to the parking lot . Lot of restaurants close by . Nice quiet hotel friendly staff had a great experience and would recommend hotel to people and will be staying there in the future. Room wam big with plenty of space. Bathroom was clean no mold

It was a good stay staff was great and friendly. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the deposits. When we got there I was told there was a 100$ deposit that I didn’t have. My son got the room for us and no where did he see the information about a deposit of 100$ on arrival. They need to make that known in a better well seen place on the site. As in where you pay for the room.
