住宿感受：舒適。清新雅緻風的民宿，很新，住宿舒適。
有個小童玩樂區在二樓，住的親子房有個小帳篷。孩子很喜歡。
便利程度：非常便利。離客運站很近，離炎帝大劇院很近，離去中和和國際滑雪場的大巴停靠點都很近，如果是打算公共交通出遊的很方便。
民宿前台有水吧和書吧，前台在二樓私密性好，老闆在書吧桌子上放了大又飽滿的秭歸橙子，好吃。

房間很新，設施新，而且看起來也很高檔。乾淨衞生，一次性用品齊全。最舒服是他們家的淋浴設備，實在太舒服了，我特意看看什麼牌子的，也要入手一套。民宿推薦的包車司機非常認真負責，對景點，拍照機位十分熟悉。很贊！滿分好評！

衞生不錯，吹風機是徠芬的，很給力，其實都挺好的，就是那個水，很白，要通好久的水才能變乾淨，周邊有點吃的，然後旁邊就是那個廣場，晚上10點才會安靜下來

關於位置:酒店位置很好找，就在大劇院邊上，主要去神農頂景區必經之路很方便。
關於房間:很新的裝修，沒有味道，中央空調很給力，床品乾淨，床墊也是不軟不硬的適中，枕頭還是記憶枕，衞生間和淋浴都很好。
關於停車:100米可以停在大劇院裏麪停車位，免費。充電樁也在那裡，國家電網1.2元。
關於樓下:門口很多老頭老太應該是過來療養的，門口有療養院養老院之類的。
飯店也就在樓下，很多吃的，有小超市，零食鋪子等。主要呢還是民宿老闆不太營銷，也不索要好評，很佛系，但是給住客感覺很好，好的民宿客人自然會再來的。

第一次住酒店遇上了（因市政工程）區域性停水，本是一件很可怕的事，但老闆及時的電話提醒，以及早晚提上滿滿一桶水到房門，已經很盡責得為住客解決問題了，辛苦老闆！感謝🙏住宿環境新凈簡單，細節處也能感受到老闆的用心，符合預期。
