Very strategic location. A lot of foods and shopping. Price from low end to high end. Interesting places all located around 4-5km (around 10-15 RMB taxi fare)

room cleanliness, comfort and facilities is amazing. location is still one of the best, if not the best. hotel has two convenience stall at the lobby, located right next to taiyuan pedestrian street. the front desk staff are very helpful, especially 王佳 and "小白白", helping me with the transport arrangement to the airport, as we are a "little" behind time. definitely will stay in this hotel if i am back to Shenyang.

It is an excellent hotel! Super clean and service staff is super friendly. They went out of their way to help you. Jenny and Max are great!

Hotel is located not far from raiway station on a busy street. and just a next to pedestrian street. thete are shop and restaurants around. Room size is good but it has a carpet floor which is not so clean. bed is good but pillow are much too soft for me.

Super accessible location, with malls and train stations just in walking distance. Staff are friendly too, including receptionist Happy who is warm and nice to talk with! :)

Staying at the Jen Hotel in Shenyang was not a good experience, despite its good location. At check-in time we were asked to leave a deposit equivalent to 100% of the pre-paid hotel stay. This requirement was not described in the hotel reservation, or at least not easy to be found. This was the first time that I experienced this having travelled to several countries. The hotel manager had to personally waive this requirement as we didn't think it was applicable. On the first night my wife started feeling itchy for no apparent reason. On the second night she developed a severe alergic reaction with rashes all over the body that caused her to go to the hospital at 1:30 am. We started suspecting that the source of allergy was the forced ventilation combined with the lack of fresh air that was moving impurities from the soiled carpet that seems to be in need of steam cleaning. When we got back to the hotel the following day -we were unable to contact the hotel by phone earlier because the only telephone number listed seemed to be out of service- we requested that the room window be opened. Things then started to get better for my wife and she was able to stay in the room without feeling ill again.

Location is superb and near 沈阳高铁 and 沈阳 metro. Easily accessible to most parts of attraction. Also located at the shopping and F&B area with lots of food option. Room is very comfotable, clean and big. Would like to commend all their frontline staff. All were very profession and customer oriented especially 王佳 who was friendly and attentive to my needs.

This hotel is a great place with affable and warm staff and housekeepers, who have been very helpful and kind to us during our stay. Special compliments to hotel manager who wears a red suit for her great hospitality.

Great stay and convenient location

Location is unbeatable, with malls at our doorstep and Lawsons and Luckin Coffee at the lift lobby. Hotel is a bit old but everything works. Hot water shower great water pressure, great bed, big room. Highly recommend.

Location is quite good, near train station and MRT. nearby walking street. the front service is very well. just the room there was some smoking smell.

Bessie is a very good employee. Her gentle voice makes us feel warm. She is very helpful and kind. She gave us considerate service!
