A MemorablH stay at Hampton by Hilton. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and the check - in was quick. Our room was clean, well - decorated, and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, meeting our every need. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the dining area was clean. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The room and staff made it memorable. The river view was amazing we could see sunset and sunrise. We could also see all the activities happening on or around the river.

Good location, great service, reasonable price, great attitude. Nice river view, also saw the fire work because of the new year. Will book this hotel again next time.

This is our first choice of hotels in Shenyang. The management is excellent, and it shows in how the staff do their jobs and how they treat customers. It is always a pleasure to interact with the competent, efficient staff at the front desk. The kitchen staff prepare an excellent breakfast and are always friendly and welcoming even during the busiest times. Housekeeping on the eighth floor, especially Ms. Liu, made sure our rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully stocked with water and toiletries. She would regularly inquire whether we needed anything else during our stay. Overall, the hotel is clean and welcoming. Pros: same as the other hampton hotels we stayed at, the breakfast buffet is great. They change their menu everyday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Towels and bed sheets are clean. Cons: far from the tourist attractions. There is a lot of stain on the carpet around the bed, so it needs to be cleaned.

Good location , value for money . Elevators are confusing other Seema all very good .
