The room's dusty when arriving. It could be caused by long period vacancy and the heavy pollution in the city. The painting on the wall and ceiling dropped. The hardware in this hotel seems not in a maintenance.

I have been staying in this hotel whenever I visit Shenyang and the service is great. Room is bigger than normal in the same category. Bed is comfortable and decor is modern setting. Very generous in providing 4 bottles of mineral water. Staff at the reception is friendly and helpful especially 康康 that is serving me.

I do have a bone to pick. While the hotel staff were amazing and room was clean and well kept, security is a little questionable. Someone tried to enter my room and failed as I was in the room and had the door securely locked. When I went towards the door, I noticed a name card which was slide through my door. One to book... girls... for lonely nights.. That's where I realised that even without a keycard, you could access all the different floors. When I complained the next day, the receptionist was quick to act. She called security and went through all the notions with them. Besides this, I really really like this hotel. The staff were amazing, especially the housekeeper in charge of my floor. I caught a cold and she made sure I had enough water and got me a humidifier also. There's a sense of coziness and comfort with her around. Unfortunately, I never got her name. Oh and I got a free upgrade too.

Very good room, very good food, very good staff. Had booked for two people stay but the washroom has transperent doors, have to change to two rooms just because of this but everything else is good.

This hotel is really nice. All the workers are kind. Especially the receptionist is really really nice. He gave a doll to my girl, so it became her travel mate all the way long. The receptionist gave us warm water whenever we came back to hotel from the freezing cold outside. I really appreciate his hospitality. The room is good and clean. The bed is wide and cosy. It is wide enough for my daughter and I can lie together on it. It has coat next to the window. The slippers are warm. The breakfast is good, too. It has a nice arrangement of American style and Chinese style food. I love the noodle that the cook prepared. I have really nice memory there. You choose this hotel. I hope you can have a memory as good as mine.

I origanally booked the hotel for one night and planned to move to a second hotel. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the facilities were great, although the water in the shower lacked some pressure it didn't cause me any problems. the breakfast posted both Chinese and western style buffet and the food was delicious. I extended my stay another two nights. I would definitely stay again if was in this area.

We only stayed here for one night for our flight the next morning. The hotel is close to the river which was an awesome area to stay for one night. Luckily my wife is Chinese, otherwise it would have been a little difficult communicating because non of the staff spoke English, they were trying their best using translators. We were a little disappointed that the hotel did not have food available, the restaurant was not open during our stay.

I had been stayed in the hotel twice from 18 May 2023. The first stay was booked through trip.com while the 2nd stay was booked through the hotel directly. The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk. The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song. The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the riverside. The room is very clean, quiet and well equipped with a really comfortable bed, big bathtub, and everything else you need. Breakfast offers a wide range of warm and cold food and a fresh noodle soup station. Very kind and supportive staff. Thank you.
