Easy hotel , very close to the Luohu Port entry. You can almost walked sheltered, it's that close. Hotel room itsel is clean but a bit small. Also, the Air-conditioning quality is not so good. It got my wife sick with a throat infection 🥶 If we close the aircon, then it is terrible warm and itchy in the room.

The carpet was unbelievably dirty,with stains all over it. The hand wash basin was cracked. The room was facing the road and cars were regularly tooting theirr horns until midnight. Apart from the above, the breakfast was good .

Excellent location as we travelled back from 广州 using the high-speed train quite late at night. You will see the sign from the tunnel connected to 罗湖 train station. The room is exactly the same as the picture. Good food and service provided for breakfast. Will stay again.

Very close to Luohu Station and the HK custom, one can easily call for a taxi or a pick up to go to other parts of Shenzhen

It was a great place to have a good rest next to the shopping malls and train and metro stations. Was a bit of a challenge to find it for the first time but was super convenient right after we did. The breakfast options were really good and we had one of our best breakfasts in China in this hotel. It’s a pity they don’t serve lunch or dinner though. The rooms are a bit small but still quite convenient. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Indeed the hotel doesn’t have the best amenities. You can definitely smell the carpet when you just walk into the room. The AC is a bit difficult to adjust. Nevertheless I would choose here again for its location. Literally 50m away from Shenzhen train station entrance.

Easy to locate, convenient for those who like to stay around Luohu area and from Shenzhen railway. Quite a bit of food at the tunnel of Shenzhen railway. Space little small, not sure if I was given the right room. Not worth the price.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered items online and had them delivered here a few days before. They were more than happy to receive and store them for me. I also accidentally left something in the room upon check-out. They called me up just to inform me about it. Very thoughtful. Also, the hotel is very good value for money.

Good location ,, very nice hotel. Big rooms highly recommended! Breakfast is available, but don't expect anything special.The sister in the breadfast room is nice.

This hotel is across the High Speed rail station in Louhou, so the location is good if you want to stay by the train station. The hotel is very dated and really needs a renovation. The pictures definitely look better than the actual location. Given the state of the hotel exterior and interior, the rooms is okay and able to sleep.

Very near center, but old not so clean. Breakfast so bad. Next time not live this hotel.

Clean and good location. Struggled a lot due to no english.
