The hotel is in a very good location! The rooms are a bit dirty, can see dust on the floor and lots of hairs all over the shower, the glasses are foggy from lack of proper cleaning, and I find some cockroaches in the room. The bed is quite hard, I personally don't like it but it's common in China. The room's doors are facing a big open space of the gallery so it is super nosy when people are talking there, it's sounds like they are right outside your door even though they are 2 floors downstairs.... It takes nearly 10 minutes to get hot water. I personally needed to work but it's extremely inconvenient to do that in these rooms, the table and chairs are not very comfy. Overall it's an ok room for the price and location and if you stay for a night or two but don't expect much. It could be a very nice place if they just give a little more attention to details.

I had a russian foreign passport for registration there. That was a problem to find the booking through the system, so reception staff had to call for help of some technician who was on the Chinese New Year leave. That was solved but took about an hour. Thank you for your care, but seems the system still needs some improvements.

今次住宿體驗真是很差,環境其實很好的,但是設施方面真是有待改進如下： 1. 花酒頭嚴重漏水導致水壓嚴重不足； 2. 去水極慢,積水甚至已滿至浴格外面； 3. 熱水出水極慢,要約開三分鐘後才有熱水； 4. 抽気扇衛生情況極差； 5. 男職員工作態度極不積極； 本人对於是次入住体验極不意。

住在本身就是美術館的酒店裡，真的是太幸福了。真的是萬萬想不到。這是一種何等的幸福快樂呀！

這家店唯一的優勢在於地理位置比較好，就在大芬油畫村，周圍環境很好，但是！服務真的不行，我們出去一趟回來發現床上全是小飛蟻，打電話協調店家換房間，第一個電話打完回答説馬上協調，等了一會沒反應，第二個電話打過去，對方像失憶了一樣，完全忘記了第一個電話的溝通內容，真的無語

很方便， 這附近很多咖啡廳 ，有大聲一點

優點： 民宿地理位置好，很新，方便好找，樓下有咖啡店，附近還可以畫油畫，直走就是大芬美術館，民宿地下和二樓是展覽廳，大約早上10時會放音樂，音量可接受，不會吵醒，保安嚴密，2百多的價格也不貴。 缺點：房間整體可以，但有床蝨咬，女生跟小孩注意～男生沒差～ 民宿只有一個枕頭，個人感覺偏矮，但沒有多一個枕頭提供。 隔音差，門縫很大，第一天早上6點多，不知道誰放音樂，放了兩個小時，下午跟前台説了，有改善，第二個晚上可以睡了，但第三個晚上凌晨2,3點，不知哪裡發出唰唰聲，大概維持了15分鐘，早上外面声音也很大，睡不好。

酒店位置地理位置極佳，酒店衞生很好，房間乾淨整潔，多種日常生活用品服務很周到，房間洗漱用品齊全很方便，大堂裝修優雅大方典雅。

服务好，房间大，容易找，在景区內可以看到日与夜

樓下是畫廊周邊還可以，就是晚上11點都是KTV唱歌聲，魔音貫耳根本無法入睡，12點多才消停，要不是酒店老闆服務態度好，都要換住的了

酒店房間不錯，在大芬村的中間，很新的，房間也蠻大的。村口就有大超市，還有一個小商場裏面很多吃的，喜歡畫畫的朋友可以選擇這家住，性價比蠻高的，

位置很好，在油畫村中央，我倆主要在油畫村遊玩，很方便，但房間的床鋪好像有點問題，躺上去就感覺身體很痕癢，冷氣充足，熱水要開三、四分鐘先開始熱，淋浴露，洗髮水不足，只有各一支少少的，還有房間大門底的縫很寬，感覺有點不舒服..
