We stay at Grand Mercure Shenzhen Guangming Hotel already 1 year, nearly every month at least one time we stay at this hotel, every time, Nancy arrange the quiet n comfortable room to us so we can have the good rest. All staffs from Reception are very polite n helpful. Hotel rooms are very well equipped n clean. We highly recommend this hotel as it is absolutely convenient, very close to the MTR station n two big famous Malls, so many different choices in shopping n eating, also with transport service to airport, no matter business or travel, for us, this hotel is the priority choice. We do appreciate their excellent services.

Great room and very hi tech and clean. Staff service is pretty professional and food quality standard is good. Location is convenient to both mtr and high speed train.

Room was big, clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was friendly. Hotel location is next to shopping malls, library and arts center. The famous Hongqiao Park is only 20 min walk away.

Great rooms for the price and located to mall with several coffee shops and restaurants. Can recommend it for business travel in the GuangMing area.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Guangming Fun Farm for our daughter’s Spartan Kids Race, and we were thoroughly impressed. I chose the hotel based on its proximity to the race area and positive guest reviews, but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed in the Family Tree House Room, which is an excellent choice for families with children. The room was incredibly spacious, with a thoughtfully designed layout that included a creative and fun combination of an adult bed, a child’s bed/cage/slide, an air purifier, and even a Japanese-style electronic toilet seat. Our daughter couldn’t stop saying it was the “best room ever!” The front desk staff were outstanding—very kind, attentive, and helpful. Their warm hospitality added to the positive experience. Another great feature is the hotel’s convenient location, with two large malls nearby offering plenty of activities for kids, as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and convenience!

We stayed here for one night while seeing a show at the Guangming Arts and Culture Centre. The location is perfect right next to the Fenghuang Town metro stop on line 6. It is also on top of the Wanda Plaza shopping mall and across from the Mira Land Mall, both huge malls. The Arts & Culture centre is an easy 10 minute walk. We stayed in a Guest King Room which was huge. All new high quality fittings. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was extensive and good quality although mainly Chinese selections as you might expect.

Everything is nice in this place except the train station ….. the trains make a lot of noise during the night and difficult to sleep

Had a fabulous stay. Highly recommend! Loved the well organized new township location next to Feng Huang Station (Line 6), the new and clean facilities, minimalist decor, responsiveness of staff. The breakfast has many Chinese dishes which we liked a lot. We also enjoyed the local food restaurants at Wanda Mall next to the Hotel. The two big modern malls nearby are great for shopping and dining. It is also near Shenzhen North High Speed Rail Station which is convenient for our onward travel to Guilin.

Great hotel in a really conveniennt location.The pool and gym are shared with non hotel members but that's okay. It was big and spacious, very confortable beds. Okay breakdfast

Convinient location, great facilities, bed is clean and comfortable, good sleep. Only downside is the cleaning, floor only cleaned once couple of days, alot dust, breakfast lacks of change, food quality is not up to 5 star hotel.

Very nice hotel with new amenities. Right next to the shopping mall.
