I stayed there 8 years ago, and I liked it. I visited again recently, and I'm happy they maintained their excellent standards. Perfect for a short stay, enough variety for breakfast. Towels, slippers and even the hangers are all Ranz branded. Towels are wrapped with plastic. For me, it is a waste of plastic, but hygiene-wise, it is perfect.
I will try their other branches, too. Good job

Cheap hotel with great location.
Though the room are very small, old and dark.
The mattress is hard.
Only good for budget hotel.

Will never book again.
- Desk workers too cold and not welcoming
- Poor breakfast choices.
- Breakfast buffet messy and clean
- Lifter breaks every time (maybe I don’t have chance).
- Hope the red dots below are red wine…

I never seen a hotel without at least a lighting window. Noisy environment and the cleaners speak loudly and noisily when making the room service. Front desk lady is really indifferent and always angry face. Cold breakfast and messy buffet. tbh, not nice experience.

The room was very small but adequate. The bathroom needs renovation. Although my girlfriend did not have her passport with her, the receptionist was helpful.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It is no frills, but it is comfortable and has everything you would need for a couple of nights stay. The location is great within Sea World, it is only a 5 minute walk to the metro station and the restaurant/commercial area. However, it could be a bit far depending on where you're going in Shenzhen (Futian, etc.). The only downside I found was that staff spoke no English at all. Interaction is minimal during check-in and check-out so the language barrier wasn't an issue this time, but at least a "hello" or "thank you" would have been nice.

5 Star hotel, 5 Star staff. This hotel is within walking distance to subway and SeaWorld, very clean hotel with attention to detail, even clean and beautiful elevators, professional and friendly staff, specially Xiao Ting and Xiao Uo. This hotel is family friendly, is updated with furniture and decor, and you get a lot for what you pay for. Surprisingly, they have laundry room with free detergent, washing machines, and DRYER (👌🏻).
I've visited 150+ hotels in China, and Highly recommend this hotel to everyone coming to SeaWorld.
