TRUE GO Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Xiangmi Park)

Room was very clean and spacious. They gave us a free upgrade to a larger room

Location-wise, hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the entrance of the nearest metro station - with 3 traffic crossings to be made. There is a supermarket located within a minute walk from the hotel, but the nearest mall is about a 15 minutes walk away. Check-in took a little longer than expected but things were smooth thereafter. Room provided was spacious and came with an outdoor patio. Room layout was good - room had a wooden platform alongside the wall which served as sitting space, as well as a working table. Toilet and shower were separate - shower area was well designed, with drainage lower than the actual shower area. Actual shower area was also anti-slip. Room was also a “smart” room and had an Alexa-like assistant that could turn on/off the lights, adjust the air conditioning and open/close the curtains through voice prompts. Room came with complimentary water and soft drinks that were refilled daily. Make-up room service was generally excellent, though at time, certain amenities such as toilet paper were not refilled.

The staffs at the hotel were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room is very spacious and clean.
