We are a group of five besties stayed for four nights at this hotel. It's strategically located, take Exit C at Yannan Metro Station with lift, at plenty of restaurants there. The jotel front reception staff are very kind and helpful. Strongly recommend to stay here. There is a good dim sum restaurant, in the mall.

A great duplex for short stay! Would be kinda frustrated if it's a long stay because the bathroom and 2 double beds are on the 2nd floor haha (the one downstairs is toilet, no showering facility). Tv can only watch some unpopular shows oops.. location wise is great, btw if u are carrying heavy luggage, please exit from yannan station exit C as exit A only has stairs even tho it's nearer. Btw, the entrance is besides MCD, there's a guard

The best apartment in Shenzhen near Huaquianbei market. They clean all days, nice customer service and very attention to your requests. The first floor is a mall with a lot of shops to buy food.

Very ideal location, just located besides the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel as well, I was very pleased with the meals during my stay there. As for the hotel, the entrance is just besides McDonalds and check in will be at the 9th floor. The room I booked was very comfortable and clean. Kudos to the management from a satisfied customer.

2nd time staying and still enjoy it. Lots of eateries and food within walking distance, 3 ditie stations nearby covering different lines (line 1 and line 2). This round, they have a female receptionist on duty. She is better than the guys. She informed us when there is packages arriving for us, brought them and left them outside our apartment unit, helped us with taxi booking. Such a great help. Room is comfortable, beds are clean, definitely will come back again.

Check in/out very smooth, no long waiting time! The location is quite good, very close to 燕南station. For the room, the air conditioner was perfect! But one disappointing thing was the shower, the hot water was not stable.

Reception is located at 9th floor. Reception cannot speak english, but you can always use translator apps. Spacious room, with 2 level. Shenzhen Metro Yunnan Station Exit A is just located within 10 meter of walks (more or less). If you have wheelchair, use exit C from Yunnan Station A lot of restaurants and shop within the apartment complex, also McDonalds
