Qiuguo Hotel Shenzhen Window of the World recensioner

The hotel was nice and really recommended 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I love this hotel so much.

I was disgusted to see customers smoking all over the hotel. Staff did nothing to stop this despite it being so obvious and brazen. Furthermore, it was extremely difficult to sleep on the first night due to the chaos of neighboring guests. The hotel did not thing to speak to guests or correct behaviour; rather just just tried to gas light me and make out that I was making it up despite showing them video evidence. A hotel of noise and chaos.

New hotel so all facilities new, good and clean. Drop off is convenient as car or taxi can just enter and drop you off at Hotel doorstep. There's a nice, mini bar area next to reception to wait or chill with a cup of Chinese tea. Hotel also provides a good range of complimentary drinks e.g. Chinese version of coke, sprite, orange soda etc. in each room. Good service. Reception will provide information on nearby places to visit, eateries and transportation etc. They are also understanding and flexible to cater to customer's needs or requests. Located is excellent. Just a short walk and there's ample choices for local eateries, restaurants, supermarkets etc. About 15-20 mins walk to nearest 白石洲 MTR which is on Line 1 where most attractions are and only 1 stop away from Windows of the World. Overall a good experience. Air con and sound proofing can be improved to better cater for light sleepers.

Booked a room after reading good reviews online and was not disappointed. Front desk service is friendly, customer service is also friendly, quick response, in addition to the details are better, fire extinguishers have a corner, the room has my favorite aromatherapy and free five bottles of drinks, I said that the boss really does not need to make money! Continue to choose the brand of autumn fruit next time!

Nice and clean hotel bed so confortable. Staff was really nice and helpful. …. Onky issue was not have iron machine they have laundry room but with steamer. Not iron. Please iron. And small fridge

OMG….. best ever hotel with the best hospitality by Miss Ye. She was the best with a great helping hand. Whatever was needed, just a second and it’s there. Thanks to Miss Ye or else the experience wouldn’t be great without her. Introducing a lot of stuff in her hotel was awesome. Once again thanks Ms Ye.

We booked a room with no window. We want to change a room with a window but we need to have extra charge of $100. Our booking said the room with free upgrade but it’s wasn’t :(

Seems like it's renewed from another hotel so the location is a bit confused to the drivers and delivery guys. The room is small and without window, you can clearly hear the noise from the hall way.
