Close to白石洲subway station, get out from exit D, very convenient and there are so many restaurants nearby! Surly will come again! The reception is kind enough to upgrade my room with window! Thank you very much! Breakfast is very good, with great variety of food!

I was disgusted to see customers smoking all over the hotel. Staff did nothing to stop this despite it being so obvious and brazen. Furthermore, it was extremely difficult to sleep on the first night due to the chaos of neighboring guests. The hotel did not thing to speak to guests or correct behaviour; rather just just tried to gas light me and make out that I was making it up despite showing them video evidence. A hotel of noise and chaos.
