It's a good pleasent stay at Hampton Shenzhen Futian, good location, friendly & helpful staff of Macy.

Enjoyable stay! Service by Sally and team was top notch. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Helped us contact a driver when we lost something in the car. Great location… steps away from nearest metro. The clean and luxurious room and the comfortable bed made the stay great. Not to be missed… early risers can catch sunrise from the gym!

The staff are very friendly, especially the front desk agent, Nacy who provided excellent service. The rooms are clean, and the standards are quite similar to American hotels. Each room shows more attention to detail compared to other hotels. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Excellent service by the Hampton team at this property. All staff were exceptional. Good service by Mia at the reception. Special mention to 韩利 who was in charge of Level 29 who was exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return the next time.

My 2nd stay with the Hampton China group. Once in Beijing and now in Shenzhen. I am very happy and satisfied with both stays. There's service consistency, and rooms very well maintained and clean. Free laundry and we can monitor the status of washing and drying from the TV. Robot delivery. Wireless charging on bedside table, smart toilet bowl. Also has night porridge and complimentary hi tea. The front desk service staff are all very helpful. In fact, everyone we met are friendly and customer-orientated. Go the extra mile to help. I stayed 6 nights this time. Totally no regrets!

Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated. Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day.

2nd time in Shenzhen, this is the best hotel, with great location and bunch of restaurants food massage beside and most important there is a metro station just beside it. Room is clean, everyone with great smile on the face Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Keep it up!

The stay was fantastic and the room is big and clean. Location is very near to most malls and electronic malls. Staffs are friendly especially Susan who helped me on my late check out. Tina was also friendly with the check out and it was seamless. Will recommend this hotel and will stay here in my next visit.

My stay at the Hampton Hotel was a pleasant one. During check-in, I reiterated that my wife has a health issue and could not be accommodated in a smoking room. The team asked me to wait in the lobby until they double checked that there's zero smoking smell in my designated room. She went further and ordered an Air Purifier to be put inside my room. An excellent initiative by the team, which has made my stay a pleasant and healthy one. Well done! There are plenty of smiling staff to greet you in the mornings.
