Lisa and Anna were super helpful with our family's needs. Loved the room and the food. In fact, the chicken curry reminded me of my aunt's curry who is from India. This is our new favourite hotel in Shenzhen.

The hotel has a nice rooftop with beautiful view. It’s clean and the staff at the front desk very helpful, specially Anna and Lydia. They make the whole stay very pleasant. Food is good..

Superb customer service!
Kudos to the team, especially Vicky from the front desk. They provided a big full size cake for my husband’s birthday. I cant recall clearly but EVERYONE from the team was very very nice! They also helped me take and open all my taobao purchases and send to my room.
Extremely helpful!
Had a free upgrade to the room with the view of “window of the world” and saw the fantastic fireworks from the room.
Rooftop view was also amazing!
Breakfast is great, not super big variety, but well designed menu and well prepared.
Location is not perfect but good enough, will definitely stay again if around this area.

I love this hotel so much that I extended my stay. This time I was offered a corner-suite which is more than spacious and nice. They will help with your luggage, offer you drinks while checking in, give you welcome fruits in the room. Nothing to complain for the service. Better than 60% of treatments I got from Marriott as a platinum member( I guess now they have too many of us). Oh did I mention the breakfast selection is awesome too? They can easily price 30% higher. But I hope not because I’ll for sure stay again for my next visit.

Clean, affordable hotel provides warmth and hospitality
Staffs are friendly and very helpful we made few requests regarding sawing kit etc all delivered straight away
We are given welcome fruit plate as well
