Breakfast is good...western and chinese style.. only disadvantage is only 1 breakfast is provided ...very inconvenient for 2 who are staying..

I booked 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Cleaning staff was polite when met in the hallway. The hotel provided free use of a laundry room with just 2 pairs of washers and dryers for the entire 12 stories of guest rooms. It would be much better if more machines could be provided. Also, guests would feel more secured if there is a better security protocol to disallow outsiders from entering the elevators. Some people without room cards were inside those elevators.

Booked 3 families connection rooms. Written in request for same storeys, email responded no issue will be arranged . Upon check in only 2 family connecting rooms available. The rest need to be arranged to different storey different room types. The front desk service is terrible 😕

Newly furnished. Spacious and conveniently located. Short drive from Luo hu border. English speaking staffs available. They take travellers convenience seriously, and we got an upgrade from 3 to 4 beds, 1 to 2 room due to our choice for non smoking room. Have stayed multiple times, and is always pleasant experience.
