The staff are highly cooperative; however, there was hair present on the bed sheets. Upon addressing this issue, the staff promptly replaced the sheets. Nonetheless, there is a need for improvement in their laundry procedures to ensure higher cleanliness standards.

Frequent visitors to the hotel. Hygiene is good; rooms are spaceous and equipped with washing machines which are great. Always happy to return.

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

I recently stayed here, and overall, my experience was just okay. The hotel has potential, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in the area of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found an item of clothing (an underwear) left in the washing machine, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from this issue, the rest of the stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate, but the hotel staff needs to pay more attention to maintaining cleanliness to enhance the guest experience.

Big and spacious rooms. The bed are comfortable! Convenient location to Mixc mall, coastal city… Only downside is that for our booking of 4 people the room only had two pairs of slippers and toothbrushes. Etc. but there is a 24h concierge service that is quick and efficient

Location is not bad! They have a fridge in the room, which is very nice. The room size is okay, but not as spacious as they claim. The room was supposed to be 45 square metres, but the size was max 25 sq metres. Just one outlet in the room was working. They had an extension, but it was not working. The worst: was the extremely slow check-in. Very very slow and tiring check in.

One of the best Apart-hotel Ive experienced in my life! Location-wise, its best option - literally 1 minute away from Metro station! Around the corner, there are restaurants, bars and cafes. also Mcdonalds, KFC, Lukin Coffee chain and many more! The room was really big, with fridge and washing machine, bed was comfortable and bathroom was quite big! Reception staff 24/7 ready to help! Thanks for experience

I would totally stay there again. It was in a very convenient location nearby the metro with tons of food and convenient stores around. The hotel room itself is well equipped for an extended stay. The bed is even more comfortable than I expected since I anticipated a hard, Chinese bed. It’s really hard to find fault with this place, but I did notice that there was a pair of socks left in the garbage bin so I can’t give it five out of five for cleanliness. However, I think that the room was very clean other than that
