Shenzhen Zhouman Hotel recensioner

First, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and did not look old. However, there were some negative aspects. The room did not have a refrigerator; it had been removed even though there was space for one. The air conditioning did not work, but we only realized this issue in the morning since we arrived very late and just wanted to sleep. The breakfast was very poor—there was no coffee machine, and when we asked about bacon, they didn’t have any. The variety was so limited that this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Additionally, the pictures on the Trip.com homepage do not show the actual hotel building. Sorry, but we will never stay here again.

Everything was alright, the room was clean. we faced an issue with the cleaning crew, as we indicated DND for the monitor, but they came in and cleaned the room while we were away. Nothing was missing and the reception lady apologized!

Overall all a good stay but unfortunately I wasted time because of the bad internet connection. So not able to plan my itenary. .

This is a smart hotel, the lights, curtain, and everything can be controlled via voice. Friendly receptionist, would recommend and stay again the next time I am back in Shenzhen.

Great location that near the 老街，one of the big shopping and night market. Just walking around 10 min. Even can reach the metro station to get around the city. 👍 1) Locations: great 2) Room : nice and clean 3) service :Woow for me as they do all way to help as we need. 👍👍 Highly recommended for this hotel when u come and will be back here again for sure, when coming to shenzhen. Enjoy the smart voice control system. Almost to get one back home 🥰

Your room is very beautiful but without out the fridge, downstairs have the convenience shop

My stay at Shenzhen Zhouman Hotel was enjoyable. It provided good value for money, considering the location and quality of service. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially for business trips or short stays.
