I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short walk away. The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I especially appreciated the smart control system for lighting and the ability to monitor the washing machine’s progress. Another great perk was that the staff could sign for online shopping deliveries on our behalf. One minor note: The air conditioning seems to run on an auto mode, turning on and off at intervals, which might be something to adjust for personal comfort. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I have requested to have the same floor with my friends, but ended up there were no rooms at the same floor. It’s very inconvenient for us to take the lift up and down and hotel could only offer us 2 key cards which we needed to use it to take the lift to the designated floor. Also, I have booked the family room but the design for the washroom is very not user friendly, there’s no door for the washroom, and the shower is just right opposite of the main door, and no place to put our changing clothes. The tents looks not very clean, wondering if they will wash it every time. The family room costs more than the two beds room but I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Taxi does not drive up to the main entrance, the gate is always close. Very inconvenient! Especially travel with elderly under heavy rain, poor weather condition. Breakfast is ok but over crowded.

The Hampton is opened on 5Dec and we stayed during its first month of operation, hence everything is new. The check in staff Yamie is not so friendly and gave us a lower tier room while an upgrade for our English speaking friend. That was not very nice. Hence we have to speak English to her to get a better treatment later on, a bit of an unfair treatment for being friendly as we purposely spoke mandarin to them initially. A support staff in the front desk called Yude Zhu (not sure if I catch the name right) was much more friendly with a good attitude on the contrary. Breakfast was standard but only until 10am; it was very packed during the weekend with lots of last minute comers fighting for food; a bit of a warzone with lots of Hong Kong people. The hot chicken soup noodle was a nice morning comfort food though. Nonetheless it was a blessing that a male staff with glasses (didn’t manage to recall his name !) was very attentive to offer help when I was arranging a takeaway coffee from the counter. Gym was small but not bad. Laundry room is convenient with 3 sets of washing machines and dryers. Slippers are fur lined and comfy in two colours for two guests to identify for themselves easily. Overall not a bad choice but the hotel is surrounded by a neighbourhood full of old residential buildings which looked a bit rundown; yet a large mall is within walking distance (7min) for easy access.

Very good service with excelent location..New building clean and tidy.Metro and major town hub is just walks away with lot of restaurants.

Very good experience with the hotel, hotel staff are very friendly and willing to provide the support whenever I needed.

Everything is ok. High cost performance ratio. Large rooms. There is no swimming pools but good for those who don’t need one.

The family room is very nice and hygienic. Staffs are very helpful to my kids. It also makes use of AI and robots which are very convenient

New Hotel, clean and tidy. But the location is nearby an old community. 5 mins walk to shopping mall, with playhouse and indoor zoo. Overall good.

The price is reasonable.

good location and 5 min walk fm metro , breakfast is also good as well room is clean with nice shower  over all is good and I will come again
