eStay Executive Apartment (Nanshan Science and Technology Park Shenda South Subway Station)

I stayed here for two nights and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Check in was quick and simple, and the staff greeted me with a smile. I liked that the layout was straightforward and that I did not have to fiddle with odd switches or confusing controls. The location was a real plus. Being close to the subway made it easy to get around for meetings and to explore the area after. There are plenty of places to grab a coffee or a snack nearby, and I never felt stuck for options. Even though it is convenient, the room stayed quiet at night, and I slept well without hearing hallway noise or street traffic. Facilities were in good shape. The WiFi was stable and fast enough for calls and streaming. The shower had strong water pressure, and the towels were clean and soft. Housekeeping did a thoughtful job and kept the room tidy without moving things around. Small touches like bottled water and a mini fridge were useful during a busy day. Service stood out in a good way. When I had a question, the front desk answered quickly and pointed me to what I needed. It felt attentive without being over the top. I never had to chase anyone for help. Overall, the stay checked the boxes that matter. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet nights, and a location that makes moving around simple. It worked well for both work and downtime, and I left feeling I got solid value for the price.
