SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen

Detta har blivit ett av mina favorithotell! Incheckningen där man får välja doft var en fin touch, och hela miljön var otroligt avkopplande. Allt från sängkläder till atmosfären och doften var så behagligt. Jag har redan tjatat på mina vänner att bo här. Receptionisten var också mycket artig och tålmodig!

I had a wonderful stay at Savhe Hotel Shenzhen! The hotel features a beautiful minimalist design that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also loved the complimentary evening tea, which was a thoughtful touch after a day out. The supper was delicious and delightfully indulgent, while the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices with something for everyone. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with stylish design, great hospitality, and excellent food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The hotel is well-designed, clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. I felt my mind was completely quiet down when I was staying there. Really enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon tea, and looking forward to try to night snack next time. I felt like I was taken great care of during my stay. There were also some decent spa places in the same building the hotel, so it’s rather convenient to get a massage/head spa and get back to the hotel room directly. The location of the hotel is superb. It’s right next to the metro station and two huge shopping malls, with some local restaurants nearby.

Enjoyable and great stay. Everything is so good, there is really nothing for me to pick on. Location is quite convenient too. I'll be back again.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for the thoughtful anniversary room setup – it made our celebration extra special and was truly appreciated. The breakfast, high tea, and supper were all enjoyable with a good variety of food. We also appreciated the complimentary laundry service, which was a very convenient touch during our stay. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made our experience memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel at a perfecf location, modern and clean design, attentive to customer needs, specialized butler service, generous offer of meals and a wonderful aroma experience! We will definitely revisit.

it was good, but they asked you to become a member at check-in for a room upgrade and a membership cost some money so be aware when you check in

We had an absolutely incredible stay here—hands down one of the finest hotel experiences in Shenzhen! From the moment you walk in, the interior design is stunning and creates an immediate sense of luxury and comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart is their deeply thoughtful service. They actually customized a scent for our room based on our preferences, and even gifted us a matching scent card as a keepsake afterward. It was such a beautiful, personalized touch that made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly accommodating and effortlessly fulfilled our request for a room on a high level, which offered a great view. The room itself was immaculate, pristine, and perfectly clean with absolutely zero cigarette smell—which can be hard to find and was a massive plus for us. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Being right next to the mall made dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

I had a pleasant stay at SAVHE Hotel overall. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing, and I really love the design concept and overall atmosphere. The style of the hotel feels modern, comfortable, and creates a very nice stay experience. However, I was quite disappointed with the check-in arrangement. I had already mentioned in my special request before arrival that I preferred a quiet room away from the lift. Unfortunately, the first room assigned to me was still located right next to the lift area. I had to return to the front desk to request a room change, and the whole process took more than 20 minutes of waiting time. I believe more attention could have been given to guests’ preferences, especially when the requests were provided in advance. I appreciate the team’s assistance in arranging another room eventually, and after that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, SAVHE is a beautiful hotel with a great environment, but I hope the check-in experience and attention to guest requests can be improved in the future.
