This "hotel" is located in a multi-purpose building that includes other "hotels" and businesses. The rooms we were assigned happen to share the floor with many other beauty shops (hair color, nail salons, etc.) that emitted very unpleasant smells throughout the day. Luckily, it stayed in the hallways and didn't creep into our rooms. The rooms itself though has poor ventilation or something as there were visible mold in the walls/ceilings of the shower and surrounding the A/C vents. Plus there were noticeable musky smells (not same as salon chemicals). It was bad enough where we had to request different rooms. The new rooms still not perfect but not as bad as the original ones. Other than that, the rooms were decent. One of the room toilets had a flush so powerful that it sprayed a bit out every time, even with the lid closed! The elevators took a long time or were crowded due to all the other businesses in the building. The building itself is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Overall, would not recommend this property due to the mold issues and the beauty salons shared on the same floors.

The room is very nice and the whole hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Futian. It is a little difficult to find, but just follow the provided instruction and you'll find it. The only real drawback: inadequate elevators. There is a lot of human traffic in the building, with many services like massage parlors or dentists, and the elevators were frequently overcrowded, stopping on every floor. Long wait every time.

I stayed for one night and really loved this place! A little bit hard to find at first (because it’s located in a large business building with many facilities), but once you figure it out – it’s all fantastic! The room was clean and pretty. The bed is big and comfortable. The location is very convenient, there’s a lot of interesting places to see around. Thank you!

Just got back from a stay at this Shenzhen hotel and overall it was a great choice. The location is fantastic – really central, close to the subway, with tons of shops and food options right nearby. It was super convenient for a day trip to Hong Kong since it's so close to Futian Station. The only real downside is that the building is huge with a lot of floors, so during peak times you might have to wait a bit for a lift. But the absolute best part was the incredible staff. We had a bit of a medical emergency and needed to get to a hospital. One receptionist in particular was a lifesaver – she immediately found the nearest public hospital on the map, personally walked us out to the street, hailed a taxi, and explained the destination to the driver in Chinese. Thanks to her, we were at the Futian District People's Hospital in under 15 minutes. The care we received there was fast and efficient, honestly better and quicker than what I've experienced back home in Australia. This whole experience really made me appreciate the helpfulness of the hotel team and the amazing public services and technology here in China. Highly recommend this place.

A fair choice if you want an economy option near Exhibition Center metro. But the hotel lobby was hard to locate inside the complex building, and there was too little privacy to the bathroom. Overall a mediocre experience.

Been to this hotel so a few times, love their location but they can renovate a few rooms. The room I stayed this time was quite bad but I checked in after midnight so i didnt bother changing it
