I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few caveats. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the Metro and close to a variety of shops, which made getting around the city very convenient. The room itself was clean and had all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also a bonus that they offer access to washing and drying machines, which is quite handy for travelers. Breakfast was included, but it’s quite basic – just enough to get you started for the day. One thing to note is that the hotel shares a building with other establishments, so you may need to wait a bit longer for the elevator, especially during busy times. The hotel is located opposite a primary school, so it can get a little noisy in the mornings with kids arriving and morning activities. However, it quiets down after that. The only real downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke around noon in the room, which was surprising and unpleasant since we are non-smokers. It’s unclear where the smell was coming from, but it did affect our comfort during that time of day. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, well-located option with clean rooms and practical amenities.

Very comfy beds, cozy room ambience. Shower water was hot enough, good water pressure. Night shift check-in staff was mediocre but daytime check-out trainee staff named 林东鸿 was enthusiastic. He helped us with our luggage storage while we went & explore the city after checking out. Note that the double bed rooms are all facing the school, they’ll provide you with some earplugs. Despite this, all in all a very comfy stay. We slept til noon & had a perfect rest day.

It was close to Hong Kong, and it was also convenient for shopping.

The hotel has a very good service and location is convenient. It is easy to to go to bonder and nearby are restaurants and shopping mall

this hotel actually is located on a few floors within a building. location is great with close the MTR. There is no fridge in the room and TV is not working with any channels. I suspect you can cast your device to the TV. Room is basic. Surprised me on how this hotel can get such a high rating though.

酒店是在一棟公寓樓裏，裏面還有其他酒店，但是樓層是需要刷門禁卡的，還是比較安全，前台服務很好，房間有點舊，設施該有的都有，空調製冷好，熱水水量很大，總體來説還是不錯，畢竟價格實惠，追求性價比這裏不錯，如果想要品質那就要找價格高一點的了，這裏離口岸很近，能走路去羅湖口岸，房間衹有13平，一個住還是可以，樓下有很多餐飲店，附近還有大型商業體，夜市，很繁華熱鬧，離開的時候有人在搞裝修有些吵，如果白天起的晚會有影響
