Very convenient being on top of the shopping mall. The lady at the office let me choose between 2 apartments. We were able to choose the bigger place. Subway entrance is right outside the building. Couldn’t use the swimming pool since it’s closed for the season.

Overall a good experience. The receptionist became very frustrated by me not talking Chinese or knowing how to use Wechat the night I checked in, which is pretty strange in my opinion. Aside from that, no major complaints. I guess I could mention that balcony wasn't really a nice place to be, and that was slightly disappointing.

Only one man was left at the front desk，he does not speak English.In fact, the other receptionist in our hotel is a female, she can speak English. This April our hotel has guests from India, Russia, Egypt, Spain, Italy, Japan and other countries, she can almost communicate with them in English with no problem.Thank you for your honest opinion. Excellent accommodation, check in was difficult because the receptionist didn't speak any English

Location was perfect. You can acces to a shared swimming pool for a fee of 15-30 RMB (need a swmming cap) Rooms are ok, size is good but could be cleaner. In general that's ok if you don't plan to stay in the room all day or for a long stay. A lot of restaurants and shops outside, and metro station nearby so that's conveniant.

A simple place, but such a great stay. The front desk lady was nice, helped me get the required test and was at my disposal for anything I might need. Would definitely come back.

今次第一次去下沙玩，朋友介紹他她酒店公寓，決定試吓，住三晚🥳由本人較喜歡睡硬的床，我問可以換房，他們竟然可以，還升級一房一廳給我😍他們待人熱情有禮、簡直有求必應👍👏附近吃喝玩樂很多，地鐵站也很近，下次一定再來🥰
