I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Bay, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service quality truly stood out—staff at the front desk were professional, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. I returned to the hotel at 2 a.m. and requested a late check-out so I could get some extra rest. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and promptly adjusted my check-out time to 2 p.m., which made a huge difference to my stay. Their flexibility and excellent service left a lasting impression. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with great facilities, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Good location. Close to Shenzhen Bay Port. Near a big shopping mall. Breakfast is good. Quiet environment. Nice decoration. A relaxing stay.

The hotel is quite close to the metro station (Hi-Tech South Station), about 200m to 300m walk. Breakfast is good and reasonably priced. Bathroom is very clean and good size.

Inconvenient location, difficult to go all tourist attraction by public transport. Not many good eateries nearby. WiFi not working, even asked staff to help. Breakfast buffet not worth money

Check-in was a breeze, super friendly, and they gave me a free upgrade and cake for my birthday! Room comfortable, with a decent city view. Definitely will be back!
