Staff service polite and courteous. Room: Clean and tidy. Area: got a bit of flies around during my stay (22-24 April 2025) Breakfast: Chinese style

Clean and prompt response service even at midnight. It will be better if shuttle bus run every 30mins

Hotel staff members were not good in English listening and communication. This created lot of difficulties in communication. They booked a Taxi for us which was extremely costly option, which cost us lot of money for travel after check out. The food had very limited options for strict vegetarian person like me and staff in restaurant were not able to communication in English.

Mistakenly thought the hotel was right next to the airport, 15 min drive away. Didn't realize there was an airport shuttle until we got a taxi to the hotel. WIFI was terrible - couldn't connect most of the time. The wash basin in the room had a bad odor. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle service is a plus for travelers with odd hours. CONTACT HOTEL WHEN PLANE TOUCH DOWN so that driver have enough time to go over and pick you up while you collect your luggage and walk to the pick up area.

I would not recommend any transit individual traveler to stay in the hotel if you have a transition in Shenzhen. I called the hotel for the airport pick up service and I ended up waiting for over 30 mins near mid-night to be picked up. I called the driver and hotel more than 5 times during my wait and they kept saying they were coming soon. (See the call logs) I could have booked a taxi to get there in 10 minutes.The driver was irresponsible, rude and impersonal. So the pick up service failed in every aspect for an airport hotel.

Our layover was to long so we stay overnight very near from airport, was enough clean and nice. Shuttle bus to airport at 5:00 am on time and for free.

Great hotel, room was clean and large with an excellent proximity to the airport.

Such a relaxing start to a long travel day. I enjoyed a light breakfast, fresh espresso, and then a work out on the rowing machine. Everything was quiet and clean, great service.

The free shuttle from airport to hotel is greatly appreciated as the flight landed in the middle of the night.

It is in fact very far away from the airport, RMB $50 by taxi. The hotel provides shuttle to the airport, but not from the airport unless prior arrangement. The reception asks guests to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle but there’s no line. All just rushed onto the bus when it arrives. The journey from airport to hotel was even more horrible. The taxi driver rumbled all the way, for he waited 3 hours in the line and he suggested us to walk to the hotel instead. It's 5+ km highway. So, no, this is not an airport hotel. Just regard it as a hotel in boana district. The breakfast is very small with limited options. The day I was in, a staff was filling a dozen of takeaway boxes at the counter, taking all the noodles….

arrived late night and got picked up by the shuttle. it's a decent hotel, as long as it's clean, bed no dust, and no smell, it was enough for us.

Very near to the airport, the service was super good and they can bring you to the airport. Very convenient 👌

Excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Ideal place if you are staying one night to catch a connecting flight.
