Very good convenient location for Metro access. 5 min walk to SZ North train station. So very convenient for access to Metro (ditie) and to fast trains (gaotie). Good value for money. Large 2 floors and 2 bedroom and 2 washrooms! Very convenient to have laundry units in apartment and also kitchenette. Full size fridge is also very useful! I will definitely come again. For foreigners I like to buy my groceries at Walmart which is next station north or about 12 mins by taxi. Staff at Davis International apartments have been helpful and accommodating to me! Thank you to them. (Picture is only of first floor. Second floor are accessed by stairs to left)

Really close to railway station. If you have a early morning ticket or arrive at night, it’ll be greate choice

Very convenient location which is just about 500m walk from Shenzhen North Railway Station, just look out for McDonalds at Bingo Shopping Mall and it’s just a short walk away. The stay was comfy and beds were fine. Facilities like washing machine is a plus point and I wished we stayed a longer time if not for our trip! Good space for my family of three with living room with sofa and fridge, one common toilet, one bathing toilet, two bedrooms and washing & dryer machine! As mentioned earlier, there is a mall in the railway station area which we could get necessities and clothings easily and also a lot of restaurants to eat out!

We love the location. We stayed in the loft layout, living rooms are upstairs. And it is so spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Good place to stay for a night if you are taking high speed railway early in the morning the next day. It’s about a 5 minutes walk to the station. Toiletries are provided. There is also a washing machine and a dryer which is a great plus!

The hotel apartment is opposite the train station and it is inconvenient for driver to pick us up from the hotel. The hotel provides the washing machine and dryer.

The hotel is right next to Shenzhen North Railway Station, which is quite convenient for those traveling to Hong Kong. There’s a shortcut to the station; it would be very convenient if you could find it. The room design is okay, but the space is really generous-I just realized there are two rooms. The best part is the washing machine and dryer, which are really helpful for long-term travelers.

Near train station, basic and limited facilities option. Washing machine is a plus point for long stay.

I think having a duplex next to the train station is convenient. There is a 24h store which is great for late night snacks too. Owners are kind and gave extra towels and toiletries when requested. The counter is always staffed

Hotel listed the room has 2 full functioning bathrooms . Only come to find out when you checking it and scan the code a message will be sent disclaiming only 1 bathroom works due to “因为当初开发商没有给一楼的浴室安装排水管” Everything else was great besides this . What’s listed and what it actually is is highly misleading.

There is no dish washing detergent and pots in the kitchen. What’s the point of having a kitchenette faculties? We asked for dish washing detergent to wash up our cups and we were told none available. The unit looks like a business is being ran out of it definitely not for holiday makers. Cigarette smell is very strong too.

Excellent location near the train station. The room was very spacious with living/kitchen/eating area and bathroom downstairs and a bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The stacked washer/drier are located on the outside balcony. The main bathroom (since it is located upstairs with the bedrooms) does not have any counter space. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Here are some recommendations for improvement - add toilet paper roll holders in both bathrooms; provide a set of hand towels for use either at the kitchen sink or 1st floor bathroom.

Not clean enough, have 2 bathrooms, but only 1 can use for shower

T'he location was great near the train station. Big appartment with good quality for the Price. Spacious and comfortable. We really recommend It.
