We had an amazing time at this hotel. The swimming pool and gym kept my kids entertained. The location is amazing- it’s within walking distance of two metro stations, and even getting taxis was not an issue at all. I would recommend this hotel for families.

front desk provided thw wrong room number and can't open the door. But overall is goos service free fruits after mistake made

Reception is very unfriendly and demanded a very high deposit for my booking of 2 rooms. He initially demanded for 5000CNY for deposit, which was exorbitant. Then after we questioned him on the high price for deposit, he lowered to 2000CNY, which we paid for. Aren’t hotel deposits fixed? How can a hotel staff open any price he likes for deposit? The staff even mocked us for not paying the initial deposit of 5000CNY, saying that this is an easy amount for anyone to spend. Hotel was nice and clean but reception staff is extremely unprofessional.

Most convenient hotel when you have a great staycation from Hong Kong. Easy accessible at a short walking distance from Luohu MTR. Many food options around, and great dim sum restaurants very close. Other areas are easily accessible by MTR on line 1! Highly recommended!

Stone throw from MTR which I took from HK. Very convenient. Room view was spectacular. Room seems dated but ok.

I went on a business trip with my daughter, I chose the kids room and she loved it. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was a bit far from the center but convenient for my meetings.

This hotel has a lot going for it.....especially all the caramel marble and the incredible design.the front desk was expert-level in English and the lobby is gorgeous. I was happy to receive a room upgrade that looks toward Lowu Checkpoint. However, the F+B was all substandard. We had to wait 20 min after ordering gin + tonic in 360. Why? We did not get a warm welcome in 360 after identifying ourselves as guest as the hotel. Why? The service in the lobby lounge is so slow it is mind-blowing. The final insult: ***** hair was found in the tub (before I bathed). But this hotel has tremendous potential even with no major architectural changes. Just as it is ..total icon. They should cherish and promote this hotel. Think of some fun promotions and change the carpets. Stop acting like it is on some kind of death march. No 5 star is this close to the border. Nowhere. And no 5 star had this kind of view. They need to level up!

Good environment and location. While there is no robot for food delivery, minus some point for the hotel.

Great location and but suggest to upgrade the TV set. Kindly small for a deluxe room.
