Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen recensioner

The hotel staff are very helpful though it seems they are in shortage of staff. However, the cleaning smell was all over the place at the first day but the second day was better. The rooms were clean but looked pretty old and furniture are really old , the carpet was also very old and it felt like it hasn’t been maintained for a long times though it’s clean but you can feel it.

Good service provided by manager ~ Amy . Received a warm welcoming , upgrade our room and delayed the checkout . The room is very big. Facilities are good such as indoor swimming pool and gymnasium.

Nice oriental deco in the room. Free upgrade to bigger suite due to power supply failure(10am to 5pm) on the second day. The issue was not communicated to me before I arrived the hotel and I was told by the staff upon check in at night. It was planned by the hotel but not informed me much earlier. If I were told earlier ,I would choose other option, to book a day tour or to move to other hotel. Great customer service,special thanks to the friendly front desk manager,Melody at the front desk,and Rosa at the full day dining cafe.

Close to lowu , dongmen market. Easy to walk around and many restaurants are around. Kingglory mall within 5 minute walking distance. Breakfast was good. Indoor swimming pool was good and Ms.Amy was very friendly and helpful. You are welcomed and feel comfortable staying. Ms.Lily from front desk was very nice and helpful. The only issue was that ventilation on ceiling was quite noisy.

I love staying at this hotel when I visit Shenzhen. It's clean and beautiful. The suites are big and comfortable. The food is good and the staff is friendly.

Excellent service, like the good weather here. The hotel rooms are really large, and the facilities are comprehensive. The the front desk attendant Kingsley Li gave us a free upgrade! Will come back here to stay next time

The ulrica service was great and the hotel is easily accessible. Everything is fine

Located right beside Dong Men Ding. Good for those who like shopping around that area. Deco is old but, maintained. Service and breakfast spread is similar to that of 3 star hotels, nothing spectacular. Shampoos provided are in Borghese containers but, containing something else.

Ulrica is very good, her smile is warm and kind,I have a good stay here, I will come back again
