I would like to show my disappointment about the staying at your hotel as the following reason, 1) broken installation in the room I am not expecting a hotel at this grade are installing the curtain with a temporary pole and it is broken at the middle of my bath 2) expired drinks It is a major problem of keeping your vistor safe 3) TURN-DOWN SERVICE I requested the turn-down service and none of your staff are knowing the issue and able to serve it 4) Charging problem There are nothing I can use to charge my phone. I try my best to go down to the reception and finally after 4 hours of waiting, a staff 雯雯 had borrow her charger to me and it is the only appreciation of the current stay I am looking forward to your reply and hope you can reply ASAP

Hotel is well maintained and service include free coffee bar available. Room size is decent and well maintained. Two metro stations and shopping centre within 5 minutes walk .

Novotel has been for several years my secure choice for business trips. Nice welcoming and well trained staff, room clean with a comfortable mattress. The hotel is becoming a bit old though and could used some renovations or upgrades but I am still satisfied.

Everything is ok, but the hotel was a bit tired . Buffet breakfast is on the second floor, served from 7am-10am,. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30am, we found that every tray was 3/4 empty and food was warm, not hot. Hopefully they can be aware of that.

Great service and location, spacious room. This is my 2nd time staying here and there is a free coffee offered on weekdays which is an improvement compared to my last experience 3 years ago. One thing different from pre-Covid: there is no conditioner option for bath now, not friendly for the hair. Hope the hotel can add the conditioner to the bathroom.

Good hotel. Best price deal. Within Shenzhen heart, all is accessable. From business matters, shopping and eat. Nearby to Metro train station where will make your trip more convenience and easier.
