The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan recensioner

The location of westin is so convenient, there is a shopping mall right below with a lot of restaurants. The subway is also located right at the shopping mall. Opposite of the hotel is the theme park “Windows of the World”. I love the bathtub and wat it pressure of the shower is great. All in all a great experience.

The room is clean and nice, there is a connecting mall which makes eating very convenient. Room is very reasonablely priced.

Beyond expectations. Love the cleanliness and good service, will return again. Thank you Westin Shenzhen for making it a wonderful holiday!

Spend a weekend with family and both room got upgraded. I like the spacious room with park view, however, not all family members like the layout of the room. Morning buffet breakfast was nice but seafood buffet was disappointing. Some seafood are not fresh and shouldn’t be served. Again, mixed opinions on dinning among family members. Nice location, easy access to attractions and connected to a shopping mall is a big plus.

Every time was best

We chose this hotel for our New Year’s Eve celebration and to enjoy the drone and fireworks show at Windows of the World. We were fortunate to get a room with a direct view of WOW, which made the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking to avoid the crowds while still enjoying the spectacle, booking a room here is definitely a great choice. It’s well worth the investment for a more relaxed and private viewing experience.

Booked for the new year celebrations. Room was clean and spacious. All facilities were working and had a good view of the fireworks. Hardware seems slightly aging but that appears to be normal wear and tear.

Check-in was a little underwhelming. Door staff gave up rolling the luggage midway from the door to the front desk, claiming that the luggage was too heavy. Front desk staff seemed confused about whether there were available rooms; we only managed to get checked in after approaching another front desk staff after 10-15 minutes.i Room was basic and therefore underwhelming for the price (and even below par compared to some of the lower cost local hotels). Ceiling area where the air conditioning was had mold, and TV was an old model. Saving grace was the view - there was a good view of Window of the Park, and the bed, which was very comfortable. The gym was well equipped and also had a steam room (though this was not 24/7 unlike the rest of the gym). Swimming pool was outdoors and large though subject to air quality and not heated. The spa was too pricey for the standard of service. Hotel itself has a direct connection to the next-door mall, which also has a direct connection to the Window by the Park (世界之窗） metro station. The mall has plenty of dining options.
