Had a wonderful time during my stay there, they took care of us really nicely and made sure we were well look after. Will from the Gym reception was really nice and thought with the hand written greeting while Jennifer from the lounge gave us an exceptional service during our visit. Really happy overall with the experience and will definitely return.

Hotel is excellent- rooms are spacious and luxurious and quiet yet in a great location. The poolside is also fantastic and offer great view. More importantly the staff are very friendly and helpful and great in English. We would definitely come back here again

Such a nice hotel. Great rooftop pool. Decent breakfast. Fantastic gym. Staff were excellent. jennifer Wang on reception was really super from the start and upgraded me. And all the gym and restaurant staff just couldn’t do enough for you. It had such a nice vibe because of them. I was very impressed. Would stay again without a doubt.

This is our 2nd Xmas staying at Ritz Carlton. This time we we had the junior suite with safari theme for the kids. Room was spacious with a huge 3m bed. Great breakfast and service.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!

Convenient location, sizable rooms for family, good food. Will revisit.

Good spa experience. Good location for shopping malls. Easy travel by MTR station. Good service with friendly staff. Good surprise for birthday celebration. Good value for money.

Great location, love the design of the room, very spacious with decent lighting. The toilet area was particularly well thought out, where you can enjoy a good bath while being able to watch the TV! Don’t see this often in hotels. Also shout out to the Curv Bar in the Lobby. The cocktails were well crafted with good balance. And great atmosphere!

Good service in general. The rooms are large, and the spa is super relaxing! Great choice for family and business!

Amazing hotel. Staff are very attentive and friendly - especially Jennifer from front desk and Erin at the Club lounge. We paid to be in a renovated room, which was worth it. Breakfast on L2 is extensive and nicely presented. Will return to this hotel one day for sure.
