What a beautiful hotel and beautiful view. It is close to everything!! All the major attractions are walking distance and easy access to taxi and metros stations. Highly recommended and hotel even refined our bottle of water consumption in the room. Friendly staff and lots of breakfast selections. Highly recommended.

The room is big and clean. Can access subway via floor G of hotel. Gave fruits as a service. Good location.

Hotel is beautiful and nice. The staff here is polite and professional, particularly the frontline staff, restaurant chef and breakfast food is fantastic. The room is clean , looks new, tidy and comfortable. Location is just nearby the high speed train station 福田站 and it is so convenient that there are three mega shopping malls within walking distance.

A Truly Great Experience We had a truly great experience staying here. All the staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive to every request. A special thanks to Berry Liang, who went the extra mile to assist us — outstanding service! The hotel has a rich heritage feel, yet the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is superb, with three major malls surrounding the hotel and an MTR station just beneath the building, making it extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen!

Our first time trying Sheraton and their customer service was up par. Thankful for the upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary here. All staff were attentive and can communicate in English. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. Especially Windy and Antonio were really great and always at my service. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept better than I have in months. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the high-quality amenities to the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious with something for every taste. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and service. The facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and the pool—clean, well-equipped, and a great way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, this was a perfect stay. I felt truly welcomed and pampered throughout. I highly recommend Sheraton Shenzhen to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff is really helpful and very kind. They do care about you during your stay. You can enjoy Sheraton Lounge for free which gives you another benefits of more private space, breakfast, evening snacks de facto another lunch. Pay attention that the gym and the indoor pool are closed due to renovation until 31 August 2025. However, you have a free access to the Panatta gym near by which is awesome.

Good service. Clean room. The bed is comfortable. Staff is attentive. Overall experience is brilliant. 😄
