The decoration of the reception is very grand and no Different to a five star hotel. The room is also very nice with elegant picture wall. The breakfast is very good with various of choices and delicious. The location ia a bit far from the mall or but quite for sleeping.

No one guided me to the room or even the lift. The walls inside the room are dirty, I called them about wifi, but I got it only when I went to the reception, they don't speak english

Communal areas were clean and spacious. Our room was coincidentally located on a floor that had just had carpet shampoo so the corridor was constantly being blow dried and the smell was not good. The room itself was ok. Vienna style.

We got there and thought is a nice hotel until we enter the reception and smelt like a thousands cigarettes, I didn't much of it and checked in, then went to our floor and realised it is the whole building including rooms also. We thought we will survive staying for two days at least as we visiting friends and family, but at night when I went to toilet the toilet wouldn't flush and clogged up and I was blamed for throwing too much tissue in there, called someone to sort it out all they did was unclog it and wipe the floor and used a scrapper to clean the bathroom floor. We demanded to change rooms, as we said early we were blamed for the clog and I asked can we not flush down our toilet tissue, he said yes but the system is not good. He changed the room very quickly but I had to pay 30rmb for the cleaning of the room as we touch the bedsheets and at 1am in the night I'm cannot be fussed about it and paid straight away and moved us to another floor.
