The room has a very nice view from the top (photo)and the receptionist s are very friendly! Nice to stay if you are here for gold shopping.

The location is a bit far from the big malls . The room is quite dusty and got some unpleasant smell. The TV didn’t work properly… can’t mirror … no apps can watch … old TV … But the staff are nice …

But your team turned my panic into hope. NanXin at the front desk sprang into action immediately, coordinating with the elevator maintenance team without a second thought. Even though the phone had fallen from the 20th floor and the odds seemed impossible, he stayed by the shaft for four hours, carefully picking up every fragment in case any data component could be saved. The next morning, the hotel manager visited me personally, promising to do everything in their power. Hotel staff are friendly and housekeeping lady is nice. Breakfast is also good.
