Wonderful service; located near Chinese cultural park that is amazing. We visited with our grandkids. Buffet breakfast very good. Adjacent to good restaurant street. In a section with parks and gardens. Room very comfortable, large shower, great beds. Definitely will return

It's a pleasure to be here. The room is roomy and clean. in the restaurant they provide a wide variety of food for breakfast. Good location, good client services, the metro entrance is directly across the street from the hotel. Happy and would return for my next trip to shenzhen.

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.

到店是前台 Luna小熊接待的，服務態度不錯，耐心解釋我的問題，交流也張弛有度，還贈送一份早餐，非常貼心，第一次入住該酒店，大堂環境簡約大方，房間設施齊全，早餐種類很多，體驗感不錯，下次來深圳，還會再來.

大家不要走錯了，辦理入住要先去主樓辦理。東翼樓的價格比較划算，性價比也比較高，周邊有美食街，吃飯比較方便，樓下有711便利店，買東西很方便。有免費的停車場，地理位置很好。前台小敏的服務周到，大堂環境還不錯，房間衞生打掃也乾淨，適合出差。
